This compression sleeve works good, but it's not like what you see in the posted ad, I am short and this does not reach down to my ankle and it's a bit loose at the bottom. I was expecting a FULL leg sleeve and it's not. I am short my legs are not that long. I love playing sports, primarily basketball, and this is a must-have. I wear these under shorts and it fits really well without feeling uncomfortable. The sleeve provides relief and does not slip as easily as other sleeves. I've managed to play hours without even noticing I had one on because of how slim and unobtrusive it is. Other sleeves easily slip and having to readjust it makes the product more hassle to wear than to not wear but I've not had any issues with this sleeve. My only concern is the price. I wear this while on my dirt bike and use it for protecting my skin from my knee braces rubbing me raw. The sleeve is nice with a rubber gripper at the top to help keep it in place. I didn't have any issues with it moving around and falling down on me. The sleeve is a little thick and it does get pretty warm in warm temps and when you are working out and such. I really wish some of these sleeves were much thinner and possibly would feel a little cooler. After a few washes, the material is still holding up well and looks as if it was new. ... show more

Initially when taking the leg compression sleeve out of the package, I was a bit concerned about the length since it did not look long enough to cover my entire leg as shown in the listing. However, when putting the compression sleeve on, the sleeve stretched and was able to fit my leg perfectly. It provided me with just the right amount of compression without feeling overly tight or loose. I found it to be the perfect balance and there were times that I forgot I even had it on. For reference, I have a thigh circumference of 21 inches and the large size was perfect for me. The fabric was not only soft and comfortable but also thin enough to comfortably wear under sweats or pants. There is a rubber outline at the top of the inner leg sleeve to prevent them from slipping down and I have no issues with it so far. I have used it with my running as well as cycling and overall, they are aiding me in the recovery of my shin splints. ... show more

This is a very comfortable leg and knee compression sleeve. It provide just right pressure on the leg and give leg support. There is a elastic band on top and bottom that can help the sleeve in position. The texture of rather sleeve make it easy to ventilate so it does not feels hot or sweaty by wearing the sleeve. I'm 5'4" with not so long legs. Ordered L and this product covers my thigh and calf (See my pic) Inner material is non slip design that the item fits my leg and stays in position. Not sliding/rolling down. I have lots of knee braces and was looking for something longer to cover my leg.
