I bought this in July, 2025, used it twice then it sat in the box…….I just tried to use it, after charging it for well over the 2-4 hours it says it takes…….the light WAS green when I unplugged it, supposedly charged but it won’t turn on! I plugged it in, thinking it hadn’t fully charged, the light was red, then turned green again….it still doesn’t work! What a waste of money! Also not pleased that it now costs half of what I paid for it! ... show more

My wife loves it. Was supposed to be a Christmas present. But she was told how great it was. Gave me puppy dog eyes. She almost falls asleep with it . Very pleased!

The Elomol Neck Shoulder Massager has a nice kneading motion and the heat is soothing, but the battery life is disappointing—mine only runs about 30 minutes per charge. It also requires constant hand pressure to keep the nodes in the right spot; if you don’t hold it, the massage loses contact and becomes ineffective. For quick relief it’s fine, and the controls are simple, but needing to recharge so often and having to hold it in place limits real relaxation. ... show more

Was nice until it stopped working mid-use, and now it won’t charge at all. It wasn’t used very often, I’m guessing less 20 times over the 6 months that we had it. Do not recommend.

Only worked 2 months now won’t hold a charge… even since the beginning it’ll only last 10-15 mins then die. Terrible!
