I think this E-bike is just perfect. It is well constructed with amazing attention to detail. I'm very happy with my purchase and so will you when you get yours. it has easy set up with detailed instructions on how to operate it. I have been looking for an E-bike with a reasonable price that comes with all the good stuff included. Headlight, tail light, break light, rear cargo rack, etc. And the folding design makes easy to store or take it along with me in just an average sized trunk to a special bike path, camping, etc. Plus I go for rides to the store, friends house's, literally everywhere. The range is the best part it just goes and goes before needing a recharge which is super easy and straight forward. I've had mine for awhile now with no issues. Should you encounter any issue have no worries Gotrax's customer service is over the top excellent. I did contact them to see if there was any after sale support you know I mean you want some back up if ever needed. And there sure is. They were very quick to respond and friendly. I've been circling the idea of getting an E-Bike for awhile now, and I finally decided to go ahead and get one. I couldn't be happier with the bike thus far, and here's a few quick reasons I like it: - The bike is mostly assembled upon unboxing; you have to install the seat, handle bars, and the front tire w/ fender. The front tire is the only thing that took me any amount of time, but once I got it locked in there it was secure. - Quick charge for first use, after assembly I plugged it in and within roughly 20-30 minutes the light went green. - The user interface for the bike itself is simple: Power button on the left handlebar control panel turns it on, a plus/minus button to increase or decrease the pedal assist, and a handy headlight button on the side. Display may look cheap in the photos, but it had a crisp display and despite its size it was good quality. - The ride itself couldn't be easier; I started at 2-3 assist and I was flying down the road. It's not a mountain bike so don't expect to ride off curbs or over something and not feel it. It's my only complaint, and I'm nit picking, but the suspension doesn't do much to mitigate shock absorbing (easily remedied by buying a better seat, but it's an additional purchase so 1 star off for comfort). Overall, for the price and what I need it for (short trips around town) I couldn't ask for a better ebike. ... show more

Pros: Highly rated, seems well built, overall fairly easy to assemble (see cons), works as advertised, fun to ride, came with a color display (nice), very good bike for the price Cons: Seat is not very comfortable, front fender/headlightwas a pain to put on, key location (underneath thr bike) is very awkward to reach, pedal assist lags a little bit (but not horrible) The pros win over the cons in my view, it's a nice bike that works well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall I liked this e-bike. It is compact and well-built. It folds and is hence portable but still a little heavy for me to lift. My legs rest properly and height is appropriate for my use. It picks up speed pretty quickly and is overall stable during the ride. It has a nice LED screen that gives the necessary data. Brakes are not very instant but do the job. Overall it is a great e-bike for the price and could be a great option for college going students to use on campus. Further comments are below: Things I like about this product: - Powerful motor for the price factor. Catches up speed instantly - Well designed & looks very cute, especially in the white color that I got - Colorful LED screen in these bikes makes it fancy & it provides all the info that a rider would need. It is easy to operate the different functionality as well - Adjustable height option for handle and seat makes it a more versatile option - Assembly is very easy.
