My wife has chronic back pain and my 25 years as a mechanic only allows me so much I can do to help rub out the knots. This thing is a game changer! I still do my duty, but this massager takes alot over in a big way. Think she likes it more than me now. Heat settings, good quality, you easily adjust area and pressure how you want it and the nubs have different lengths, so it doesn't have that monotonous machine feel. Have to be near an outlet tho, but a decent cord length. Enough to not make it uncomfortable.

Ok, the first one I received didn't work correctly. It shut off after 2 minutes and would not turn back on unless it would sit for an hour, but would only turn on for 2 minutes at a time. I was disappointed because the design and feel of it was great. I opted to return it and get the same one just in case I got a lemon. The new one is awesome! There are no issues at all with it! The massaging heads are the perfect size and shape and it doesn't make noise and seem like it will break when pressure is applied for a deeper massage. I sent another one back from a different brand that could not take even the slightest pressure for an actual massage. I deal with chronic pain and having devices like this is a must for me, and has been for years. This one so far is my favorite in both comfort and design. I'm a little hard on these devices so we shall see how it holds up. If it holds up as long as the other one's I have had in the past, I will definitely be ordering it again.

I enjoy this messager, it works just as expected and does a good job of kneading muscles, however, it does have flaws that are a bit annoying. The worst flaw is the most unreasonable design choice for comfort, what it provides to functionality I can only speculate is traction. The material, and only the material covering the message rollers is coarse, scratchy and irritating to bare skin, like on your neck where it usually goes. Surely there are better materials out there which could provide softer comfort and still allow the rollers to work, especially since the messager is primarily held in place by pressure from your muscles and/or the seat behind you. The other flaws are quite minor: it takes a long time to warm up and then it just keeps getting hotter, by the third 10 minute cycle, it is too hot; and it can be a bit awkward to position to any area other than your neck, just like in the picture. Trying to get between the shoulder blades or the lower back, as the literature suggests, is a bit more challenging to do.
