This helmet set looks cool, but even after following the directions and measuring my 7 and 10 yr olds heads, the size large helmet I ordered is too small for my 10 yr old to wear, period. My 7yr old can wiggle the helmet on, but even the goggles which are loosened as much as possible dig into his face and leave red marks on his eyes. And I wouldn’t say they have rather large heads or anything, either. Either way, we measured theirs heads as instructed to above the eyes prior to ordering. Runs slightly smaller. We were at the bottom measurements for Large and it just fits. Nice thick padding. Plastic on front seems flimsy, but has held up to quite a few drops and run-ins.

Order 2 of these the pink butterfly for my 3year old and the red spider for my 4 year old. I was going to order small but something told me to measure their heads to be sure thankfully I did. They both needed a large. Be sure to measure! The helmets are great however the gloves are to big.
