I was VERY excited when this arrived at my door. It is large and can work many areas of your body. I have used it on my shoulders/neck/lower part of my head the most. It allows you to control the amount of time, heat or no heat, and the amount of pressure. I will be buying more! It would make for a great gift!!

It is an aggressive massage. If you want a gentle massage this is not really suited to you. You can adjust how much pressure to exert by pulling the strap tighter or loosening them

I didn't read much before i got it. I just know i had a knot in my neck and i needed it gone. This product works extremely well. I'm also suprised at how versatile it is. The instructions explain the different ways to use it. Great purchase. I would take away a star because it's not useable without being plugged in to the wall with the power supply but it's that good and its a great price. 5 stars.

I absolutely love this massager! Much of my day finds me on the computer, resulting in a very sore neck. I’ve used another massager for years, which kind of helped. I decided to try this one and was immediately won over by its many features. I love the weight of it, and the way it sits on the back of my neck. With very little effort, I use the hand straps to guide the massager up or down my back, taking care of any sore places and relieving any stress, tightness or pain. And the heater element adds a whole new level of relaxation. Such a high quality massager at such an affordable price.

It was ok for a couple times, the cord is annoying, it’s not super strong. Used it maybe 10 total times. Purchased end of March, it’s now mid June and won’t turn on. Tried another cord and it’s dead. Skip this one a buy a better one.
