The instructions explain the different ways to use it. Great purchase. I absolutely love this massager! Much of my day finds me on the computer, resulting in a very sore neck. I’ve used another massager for years, which kind of helped. I decided to try this one and was immediately won over by its many features. I love the weight of it, and the way it sits on the back of my neck. With very little effort, I use the hand straps to guide the massager up or down my back, taking care of any sore places and relieving any stress, tightness or pain. It was ok for a couple times, the cord is annoying, it’s not super strong. Used it maybe 10 total times. Purchased end of March, it’s now mid June and won’t turn on. Tried another cord and it’s dead. Skip this one a buy a better one.
