My only gripe about this product is that it can sometimes be a little noisy in more quiet environments, and also that the air doesn't spread too well so it tends to make specific spots of the neck really cold. Cons: only last 12 hours at best not 16 hours like stated and thats only at the lowest setting. It's says it doesn't hair tangled in it but I think that's a lie because I heard something in it and my hair was down when wearing these. Pros: I like the color. I love that I can feel the air all the way around. I love that it shows you the percentage when it's charging even shows u the percentage when it's in use so u can know when it's time to charge again.
