Very good massager and helps with my back stiffness but I hate that the mesh starts ripping after a few months then the plastics start poking out. It would have still been a 5/5 but after a year one of the rotating things got disconnected and smeared grease/lubricant on my shirt and chair. I don't know the inner rotating things have flaps which is what gets caught in the material and eventually starts ripping it ... show more

I purchased this massager for lower back and left shoulder pain and it has worked wonders! I never knew the pain I was feeling could be caused by so many knots in my muscles! The deep tissue massage given is one of the best I’ve ever had. I could feel the knots being massaged away from my shoulder and my lower back. I’m usually not a DEEP TISSUE massage kind of gal, but I pushed through to see if my pain would be relieved. It didn’t disappoint! The massager shuts off after the recommended 30 min session. My initial massager arrived missing the charger, but it was nothing a chat with an associate didn’t fix; I had a new one delivered within 48 hours. Get the massager! ... show more

The massager is great but BEWARE!!!! The wall charger that came with it, had bare wires! It’s broken and not safe to use. Luckily it comes with a charger for the car and that is where I intend to Use it anyways, on long car rides.

this is a lovely massage that feels really good, but unfortunately, if you use it too strongly on high heat it can burn and hurt you!!! I returned mine, which is really unfortunate because I liked it. I'm attaching photos about what happened to both of my shoulders after used it on the hardest setting at high heat and for only around 15 minutes. I definitely felt a slight ache, but nothing unusual when you're getting a deep massage. it also did not feel very hot, but was definitely delivering some heat. A few hours later the friction burns started and now I am scabbing. I attached photos of what happened to my skin early on, and how it looks now a few days later. Hopefully they totally heal!
