Bought this to help with neck pain as I was trying not to go to physical therapy. This is an amazing massager. You can use it all over your back and legs and the heating function works well. I showed it to some friends and they purchased one as well.

I really love this neck massager. I had a full back and neck massager that was not comfortable for me to use, it seemed to hit spots in my back that were uncomfortable and the neck aspect wasn't that effective. However this Neck Massager really, really, REALLY, works on my neck. It really loosens tight muscles when needed. It also can easily be moved to reach your lower head or base of your neck and even works great between the shoulder blades and lower back. Like I said I REALLY like this massager. However the controls are lacking in visual settings. There is a blue light that comes on when charging or using however that is the only visual indicator. There is no indicator as to what heat setting is on or what intensity. In conclusion this neck massager works really well but I can't give it 5 stars because you are guessing as to what settings are being used. They should use different light colors for the individual buttons like they do for heated vests to make this massager really perfect.

I HAVE TRIED THREE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST. IT DOESN'T HAVE WHAT FEELS LIKE POINTS STICKING YOU IN YOUR BACK. ITS CORDLESS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO MANEUVER CORDS OR SIT BY A PLUG. EASY TO OPERATE AND GOOD QUALITY. OTHERS SIMILAR IN PRICE BUT BULKIER OR DONT DO THE JOB. PORTABLE. DEEP MASSAGE. THE DESIGN SITS ON NECK IF IN CHAIR OR PROPPED ON PILLOW.
