I paint miniatures, a lot so having good lighting is essential. I was using high powered daylight bulbs, but they made my eyes and head hurt, so I looked for something better. I found this, and have no regrets. It’s a little on the heavy side, which I like, but I know some people may not have a sturdy desk ( so keep that in mind). The design is nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s made out of the best material, but it still a great product. Maybe in the future, they will make moss to this, if so I probably get another as I really love this lamp. ... show more

It’s not gold like in the picture. It’s more of. Rose gold beige color. It’s bright and works well. I like it and will keep it. The picture should make clear the color. It is much more gold in pic here.
