  • Solid commuter scooter with good speed and easy folding design
Color: Orange
The NAVIC Electric Scooter is a solid entry-level option for commuting short distances or getting around town quickly. It feels lightweight enough to carry when folded, but still sturdy enough when riding. The 350W motor provides decent acceleration, and it comfortably reaches speeds close to its advertised range on flat surfaces. The ride feels smooth on pavement thanks to the 8.5" tires, though you’ll definitely feel bumps more on rougher roads or uneven sidewalks. Battery life has been consistent for short daily trips, and the range is generally enough for commuting, errands, or campus-style travel. It’s not designed for long-distance riding, but it performs well within its intended use. The folding mechanism is straightforward, making it easy to store in a car trunk or take indoors. The added app control is a nice feature for checking battery status and basic settings, though it’s more of a convenience than a necessity. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ride can feel a bit firm on rough pavement, and the range may vary depending on rider weight and terrain. It’s best suited for relatively smooth, short-to-medium rides. Overall, this is a dependable beginner-friendly electric scooter that balances portability, speed, and ease of use. It’s a good fit for light commuting and casual city travel. ... show more

  • Seems like a bulletproof scooter. Comfortable, powerful and 45+ mile range with big rider.
I wanted to wait til I’d put this Navic Pro sit down scooter through it’s paces before I reviewed the ride. I’m 6’2” 215 lbs, and 70 yo, so there’s no standing up safely on this scooter for me as handlebars are at about knee high, though I have a GoTrax for that. I ride in an area with mountains to the west and river valley to the east. If I’m heading west it’s uphill all the way and downhill home. South and north are mostly flat with the usual ups and downs. First two days, I kept the throttle wide open at 22 mph. The scooter scampered up the steepest hills at 16-18 mph, and self-governed to 22mph coming downhill. For rest of rides, I kept it between 15 and 20mph to see how far it would go on the first charge and I got 45 miles out of it before reading 1bar of power and starting to max out at less than 20mph. I’m delighted with this little beast and have ordered a bike trailer for shopping trips. Assembly is a easy, unless you lose the tiny nut in the phone holder and the tiny washer on the handlebar bolt, which added about 30 minutes to a 10 minute job! I was expecting protective film on the LED screen, but it was more like a plastic phone screen protector which confused me a bit getting it off. Scooter comes with an OK cable lock, a cheap tire pump, assembly “tools”, rear basket and padded cover with straps and elastic bungee strap. It’s solid as a tank, brakes and shocks are good and it handles gravel roads and rough spots with ease. I briefly considered jumping off on some easy single track where I mountain bike but resisted the temptation. ... show more

  • Poor battery life, much slower than advertised, and NO suspension.
Color: Orange
UPDATE: lowered rating because Navic support is nonexistent. This scooter is stuck in "P" mode an will not operate and Navic has no documentation how to fix it. I have messaged support 4 times and received NO response. Having this scooter for just a few months and now it is useless. Additionally, before it became stuck in "P" mode, the battery was not lasting as advertised, requiring recharge after just about an hour or so.... Nowhere near the advertised limits. After receiving NO support I would recommend against these. Buy from a store where you can take it in when you have issues. Otherwise, you need to spend EXTRA on the extended warranty coverage thru Amazon, where Amazon uses Asurion, but does NOT link the warranty to the purchase, so good luck finding it later when you need it. It is all a hassle, so just buy from an actual store/dealer. Advertised here on Amazon with "Dual Suspension", and long-lasting battery life, and up to 19 MPH. It has NONE or those capabilities!! First, NO suspension. Solid tires I wanted, but expected suspension on at least the front. Ride is really rough. Advertising for this is NOT accurate. Nice-looking scooter, but looks like a clone of many other off-brand names. As for battery, battery is depleted very quickly. I just did a test next a different brand but almost identical looking scooter. After just 12 minutes, the battery was at 3 bars. 30 minutes or so, the battery was one bar. And after about 40 minutes it was flashing red. The other generic scooter came back with 3 bars. As for speed, Navic and Amazon advertise up to 19 MPH, when it actually only goes up to around 15 MPH when set for highest speed on very flat. The generic scooter, in comparison, goes up to 18 MPH easily pulling away from the Navic. In all, a waste of money to me, mostly due to poor battery life. I gave it an extra star for looks and folding. I would never buy this brand again. I would return this, but it is too late. Poor value for the money. ... show more

  • Perfect for Daily Rides — Smooth, Reliable & Great Battery
Color: Orange
This scooter has been a great purchase! The battery life is more than enough for daily use😀 it easily meets the needs of an adult, whether for commuting or short trips around town. I don’t have to worry about charging it constantly, which is a huge plus. The quality is excellent, and it feels very well-built and sturdy. The overall design and finish also give it a really premium feel. I even use it to walk my dog sometimes, which makes things so much easier and more fun. It’s become such a convenient little addition to my daily life. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • It's nice; I like it but it is a safety hazard in a way.
Color: Orange
I like this scooter. It's my first electric scooter ever so it was something to be proud of. I like that it gets me to & from work faster than I would if I was walking but what I don't like is that the handle has 4 screws; two in the front & two in the back. The screws became loose after my first ride & after each ride afterwards; even after tightening the screws they still loosen up each ride but the bottom screw on the back of the handle bar is stripped out of nowhere so I'm currently riding around with loose handlebars. I'm currently looking for new screws & washers to hold it together. UPDATE: I returned the scooter due to the handlebars always being lose. I was afraid that the handlebars would snap off while riding the scooter. ... show more

  • Super nimble and fun
I got this scooter several months ago. I just contacted the seller to inquire about a broken lock and a small metal nut that secured the phone mount. I got more than what I bargained for. They're sending a replacement lock and a replacement phone mount, even though the accessories Aren't under warranty as long as the scooter. Wow! As far as the operation of the scooter. I love it. It goes up 22mph and is great to get across the city or run to the corner store. Just watch out for any obstacles in the road, i.e., pot holes, rocks, etc. the turning signals are a nice addition. The horn I has a nice sound. Not too crazy loud but a nice time to alert someone if needed. The seat is ultra comfy. And the phone mount that charges your phone is a really nice feature. Moving it up or down a flight of stairs though takes carefulness and caution. It weighs a hefty several pounds. But make sure you fold it when moving it. I recommend this brand. The pictures show the slit in the phone mount. The square nut that fastens the screw may fall out if you don't pay attention when unscrewing the screw. The one you see in there is some random but I found that fits but it isn't the correct shape. There's also a picture of the cable lock. It snapped right off when I went over a bump in the road. Unfortunately the lock snapped near the portion that clips on to the bike. I found glue around the house to bind the pieces. Although I'm afraid it'll just snap again since it's already broken. And finally there's just a picture of my scooter. I leave it in the basement when I'm not using it. ... show more

  • Excellent for the price paid
Color: Black Yellow
Very effective electric scooter for the price I paid. Instruction manual was a bit thin on details, but assembly was minimal and simple. Rides well, but does not perform well going uphill. It's great on flat terrain. Brakes work very well. Eco and Sport modes provide appropriate speeds vs. battery life options. My intention is to use this for short commutes to get to/from my train stops, and it should work fine for that purpose. Foldable handlebar is a big plus. Weight might be an issue for folks carrying more than just the scooter, but I don't plan on carrying it far. Battery life is as advertised, but gets chewed up quicker in sport mode. Fits in the trunk of a sedan when folded. ... show more
