So I read other people's review of this and they didn't really have the info I was looking for so I'll put what I think is important to know in this review. 1. App - you need to have the Bluetooth on your phone enabled to use the app; I did not know this. The app is really good but also meh. All it does is change riding modes, turn lights on and off (which can done without the app), and lock your bike which is really nice. 2. Distance and speed. Reviewers have said "Wow, 20 miles on eco mode!" No, not cool. If you run this thing on eco mode, the top speed of the scooter is 5, maybe 6 mph. Most people can walk faster, I certainly can. Slow modes tops out at about 10 to 12 mph which is a bit better and I did notice it made a difference in battery drainage. One time I was out pretty far and didn't know if I had enough power to get home. I switched over to slow mode and made it home with energy to spare. Sport mode is fastest at about 19 to 20 mph. It only goes about 10 miles though. I live in a suburban area so to get across town is about 5-6 miles. But, if I feel if I'm running low, I just switch to slow mode. 3. Cruise control is great and I have noticed that my battery does not drain as quickly when I use it. 4. Battery efficiency. There are ways to conserve energy on this. If you're going downhill, lay off the throttle. Why waste battery when you have a gravity assist? It does seem to consume more energy if you are going uphill. There is also a slowdown in speed. In some cases it's better to just walk. You'll go faster and save your battery. At the very end, it's still a scooter. If it dies, you can just footpaddle it and it works well. 5. Tires. These are solid tires and I feel every little thing on the road but I'll also never get a flat. I'm considering putting some cushy handle bar covers on to help. I'm not sure about this next part, but the lack of suspension on this seems to really tire my legs. I can't say this is the most comfortable ride. If you're going a long way, it might be more exhausting than a scooter with inflatable tires. It's certainly the case for me. Overall, this is a very nice scooter and the price was really good. I recommend it if you're just puttering around town or commuting. The fold and carry option is A+. As always, know your local laws. Whatever applies to bikes usually applies to scooters (you can get busted for riding this on a sidewalk in my town) and wear a helmet. Cheap bike helmet is fine.

I bought this for my daughter she is 13 years old and 95lbs . We both love it and we ride it to my mom’s house all the time. Me and my mom lives in the same neighborhood and just one street down from my house. It’s super easy to assemble and it’s foldable for just one button. Overall it’s good and worth to buying.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I bought a brand-new scooter, but it was defective from the factory. It started showing Error 17, braking by itself, and became unsafe and unusable. I contacted customer support, explained the problem, and requested a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they changed the return shipping label (AWB) they provided, making the return impossible. When I tried to ship it back, I found out the label was incorrect, clearly forcing me to pay for the return shipping myself. The shipping cost was higher than the price of the scooter. They later sent me a replacement motor. I installed it as instructed, but the scooter still has the exact same issue. They continue to refuse a refund and want me to replace parts again instead of accepting that the product is defective from the factory. This company is not serious, does not stand behind its products, and does not take responsibility for selling defective items. I would not recommend buying from them.

I like the scooter, I ride it short distances around a University mostly. It gets my 280 pounds up hills at 6mph, and tops out at 18 mph. The app is spyware, don't bother unless you want cruise control for long straight rides. The screws must all be tightened up well or the handlebars or upright can move around. Slow speeds are a bit wobbly to turn and you have to get used to it. My only complaint is the front only brakes are sketchy on hills, if you plan to ride on hills I might get a ride with upgraded brakes. Honestly, these brakes don't do a lot when you weight 280+ even going slow. Going down hills I am very conscious to maintain slower speed or no way am I stopping at a light. It might even flip head over handlebars if I lay on the brakes hard downhill.

The scooter arrived well packaged, and the setup took only a few minutes. Once charged, I downloaded the app and connected it without any issues. The 350W motor provides enough power for everyday commuting, and the scooter accelerates steadily without feeling jerky. On flat roads, it easily reaches a comfortable cruising speed. The folding design is also convenient. The dual braking system gives me confidence while riding, especially when approaching intersections or crowded areas. The battery life has been good for my needs, and I only need to recharge it every few days with normal use. This scooter has made short-distance travel much more convenient and enjoyable. My son is taking a summer program this year, and he used to spend about 30 minutes on the bus each way. We bought this scooter because it cuts the trip down to around 15 minutes, and it’s been a big help. He says it’s comfortable to ride, even on sidewalks that aren’t perfectly smooth. The brakes feel responsive, and the headlight is useful when he comes home a little later in the evening. I also like that it folds up easily, so we can put it in the car when needed. The battery has been enough for his daily rides without any problems. My only suggestion is that the instructions could be a little clearer when setting up the app for the first time. Other than that, it’s been reliable and has made getting to his summer classes much easier. Overall, we’re happy with the purchase and would recommend it for short daily commuting.

My son loves it. It does 19mph with my son. He under 100pnds. I get it to 16. Still fun. Shocks are a nice feature. Not nearly as jolty on the handle bars with bumps.
