Great for drying clothes. I hang the clothes on portable clothes racks. The clothes that I don't want to put in the drier. Then, I put the clothes racks in the spare bedroom, turn on the dehumidifier & close the door. Most clothes dry or are nearly dry after leaving them overnight. By morning the water tank is nearly full & I empty it. I really like how quickly it removes moisture, it's small & easy to move. It works better than my older full size models do. It would be nice if it had a larger tank, but the unit is small & there is no place for a bigger tank. Nice that you can drain the unit with the hose, providing you have a place to run it to.     • Small appliance - Surprisingly EFFECTIVE and quiet!
I was surprised when this dehumidifier was delivered............ It is the smallest dehumidifier I have ever seen! It is so quiet that I have to check to make sure it is working. After less than a day, my 1100 sq ft basement does NOT smell musty anymore. We run a hose to our sump pump so I cannot speak to how much water it holds or emptying it. Saw several reviews stating it doesn’t remove moisture from the air. Perhaps they just don’t have any. I live in Florida and I can easily empty the tank twice a day. Works great is super quiet the quality is great. I love the handle for moving it around, plus it looks nice. SO EASY to empty the tank on this model. Keeps our Rv’s humidity level down. ... show more

The unit is not good for 4500 sq ft. it is good for about 1500 sq ft. but it does work well in the area i placed it in. i bought another one for the second half of the room. i can only run one with the drain line the other needs to be emptied.

    • Be warned about this unit not working at all
One star for the moving/carrying strap. This dehumidifier does not work: AT ALL. Not one drop of water from ambient room air after 3 days. I've tried everything. I own 2 large dehumidifiers where one of them can pull a gallon every 4 hours, so i have experience with dehumidifiers. My 3rd bathroom 900sf dehumidifier is amazing. Buy this model at your own risk. I've done every check in the booklet and still doesnt work. The big dehumidifiers are about 20ft away with compressors working hard & the output air being very warm/hot. This 4500sf unit cant even pull a tablespoon of water. ... show more

Works amazing! It has a leather strap to carry if needed but the wheels make it easy to move. It comes with a hose if continuous drainage is needed. But it has a water tank. You dont need to do anything but plug it in. Also, the child lock is a great feature with the kids in the house.

I use it for my guitar room. It does a great job keeping the humidity where it needs to be. Typically 45-50%. It runs very quiet and does not interfere with practice. Very pleased with this humidifier. I do have to empty the container almost daily. It is built well and definitely worth it.
