    • Works for anxiety and a great supplement while in Keto diet !
I have been taking this supplement for about 5 months and I have to report excellent results in bloodwork and regarding anxiety. I started taking supplements the moment I decided to follow a Keto diet and chose this one based on company's reputation and ingredients. My bloodwork was not great before I switched to keto and these vitamins, I recently went to the doctor and had all my numbers checked and everything is within range, every parameter was perfect! and much better than when I was in my 20s. I ordered these as a replacement for another multivitamin brand I usually purchase. I have now taken them at the recommended dose for 3 days. They do increase energy however in my experience so far they have actually increased my anxiety and made me feel almost overwhelmed and not able to fall asleep at night. Im going to try taking half a daily dose to see if it creates a more balanced energy and mood level. They don’t have a very strong typical vitamin taste or smell, and no stomach upset. ... show more

    • Hard to swallow
I don’t usually have any trouble swallowing pills, and regularly swallow two or three supplements at a time. These capsules, however, are “sticky” and painfully catch in my throat. Don’t buy these if you have swallowing issues!
