I have bought this a couple of times now. Its very easy on the stomach. I can even take it on a empty stomach without any issues. I have taken other brands that make me very sick even taken with food. I was impressed they use the methyl version of B12 which is easier for the body to use. Providing the source of each vitamin shows they genuinely care about providing a product thats of high quality, safety, and transparency.

I’ve recently been diagnosed for Osteoporosis and I’ve learned that just taking Calcium doesn’t do enough. You have to make sure the calcium is being absorbed. This formula was clearly created with that as a priority. Algae was one of the ingredients I was looking for. The quality inspires me to be diligent in my daily regimen. Of course, it isn’t necessarily easy to say whether or not a vitamin or supplement is working. Often the effect is subtle, or just gentle, but makes a significant difference based on our commitment to sticking to a routine over time. So, I did what I do. I researched – a lot. First I needed to know what the advice is from the best medical professionals who have dedicated their focus on the health issues I’m facing – to determine what I need to keep my body – and brain – running strong for as long as I can. I started this as a suplement and after a week I found myself in a better state and shape. I cannot say for sure that it's because of the multivitamins or not, but I do believe it is. Going already 3 weeks and feeling great, I'd gladly recommend this to anyone.

Naturelo is a Whole Foods Multivitamins not Synthetic ones and no bad Fillers such as Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose etc…. I like Naturelo and personally I can feel the difference compared to the Synthetic ones like Centrum or One Daily.

I think it might work, but you gotta wash it down and then some because it tastes like wood chips and rodent feces, or like you fell face down in the animal cage at a petting zoo and then washed your tongue with the water they drink full of hay saliva.
