I have taken these before and have LOVED them. They are known for using natural ingredients. My sister who is a weight lifter, has been most of her life, is somewhat of a health freak. She was over at my condo, saw my vitamins and immediately exclaimed, "Oh, you use those, they're really good." Smiled, glad to have her approval. Though I wouldn't have changed unless they got like the others I have bought when I was being cheap. Others I speak of are under a variety of different labels, made from same factory all the others like them are, you'll know them because they are usually a dark red color and squished together in bottles. Yeah, they got smart on that too. Tried to look into the generic type gummy vitamins but the labels cover all of the clear bottle except at very bottom where you can see a lumpy clump of bumps that use to be separate chewy pieces. They don't seem to have the same taste as these more expensive, naturally made vitamins. In fact, I had lab work done due to an auto immune disorder that throws my body's chemistry off & showed I was lacking in few sources. Started back on these (had to buy a small bottle til this came) and had my blood work done again, now several months later and those particular areas I was lacking in are now fine. I think I will put my faith in what I see, taste, feel and lastly prove with lab results. Check it out. I've been taking vitamins for years but last 5 years got real serious about quality, one way or another it seems that the right vitamins made with quality ingredients do reciprocate by filling in for what you don't get enough of & actually hard to if you could. Has a weird aftertaste, but is definately a must buy. The size and amount are a value for money, energy levels increase around the 3rd hour of taking it. Quality is okay, haven't checked my nail strength yet, ingredients show as is.

These taste so good, ensuring I take them each day. This is the first time I purchased from this seller and I was super happy the gummy vitamins arrived not all stuck together. I previously purchased from another seller and the last 3 times they arrived all stuck together in one big brick, making it real hard to break them apart from each other. UPDATE: I have been using and enjoying this vitamin for years and noticed that the last batch I ordered had different texture and tasted different than the previous. I then looked and noticed on the front of label it says “new and improved formula”. I compared it to the old bottle. On the back label, it shows that there’s LESS variety of fruits and veggies in the new formula and only 50mg of that instead of 75mg. I don’t know see how this is in an “improvement”. I will keep taking them since I ordered a giant bottle but will shop around for something different next time. They seem to be working fine but the taste is more sour and gritty. I just don’t like deceptive labeling and don’t appreciate how the downgraded formula with less fruits and vegetables is being marketed as an “improvement”. BEWARE!!!! This product is "new and improved." I've been using these vitamins for years but this new batch is gross. They've changed the flavor and texture. Absolutely will not buy these again.
