I thought taking a liquid instead of a pill would go through my bloodstream faster. I was taking the Alive pill form for years. This seemed to have more natural ingredients than the other brand. We've used this for years, my husband and I. First tried it because its vitamin C is calcium ascorbate, not ascorbic acid that irritates my husband's kidneys, and this multi works very well for him. Taste is fine, no problems from that with us. Liquid is easy to swallow, and seems much more absorbable than encapsulated multi-vitamins. So effective, that we discovered that we need to take it in the morning, as it can give a burst of alertness that can keep one awake if taken with dinner. Also, the recommended two Tablespoons dosage seems pretty high for us, especially for taking all at once. Most of the time, we each usually take only one tablespoonful, with lunch. The only issue to be aware of, is that the liquid tends to get sludged around the top threads and in the cap, which then leaks down the side of the bottle in thick sticky drips. To prevent this, carefully keep the inside of the cap and the threads free of any of the product by rinsing the cap (and drink this rinse, of course, to not waste any). ... show more

It smells and tastes terrible but I purchased this on purpose. My husband is battling cancer and uses a feeding tube. I give my husband these vitamins through his g-tube. These vitamins really do make u feel more alive. I noticed a difference in mood and energy when I don't take them. This vitamin brand is perfectly named and it's products prove it. I felt a difference after about a week. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I’m not going to leave it a bad review. I didn’t mind the taste. I was very happy with the ingredients list and was very excited to try this. I am allergic to an ingredient though, I’m not sure which one yet, but it sent me to the ER. I’ve had an anaphylaxis reaction to this product.
