This is good quality soluble fiber made from partially hydrolyzed Guar fiber. There is a scoop to make it easy to measure a 7 gram amount. The white granules dissolve in water quickly if you add the fiber to the water while stirring. It may look hazy at first but stir well for 15-20 seconds and then let it set for 30 seconds and it should be clear. We use a battery-powered milk frother for that. Has almost no taste, very very slightly like breakfast cereal. Product is gluten free and has no FODMAP's! I combined this with a probiotic to improve my gut biome. I really like this fiber product. Doesn't cause me distress and it mixes incredibly well (other fibers I used turn into a disgusting blob in seconds; this fiber stays completely dissolved). I recommend this to anyone looking for a new fiber.

This product has only one ingredient so it's super clean and you don't have to worry about fillers. It just as simple to use as I mix it with my smoothie in the morning and it doesn't affect the taste. It's a simple and effective way to get your daily fiber and keep things moving.
