How much to say I know CLA pills are usually giant horse pills which I don’t mind these do what they have to. I go to the gym religiously in these help keep me towed along the side, my weightlifting and cardio do not expect to get toned if you’re not doing any sort of physical activity, but this will definitely help enhance that if you’re already doing these sorts of things, this is not a weight loss supplement. The only thing I suggest you doing is drinking a lot of water when you take these because I had a little bit of acid reflux and it burns really bad. ... show more

I’ve only taken 1 bottle so far so I’m not sure if it works or not. I do notice I’m not as bloated with certain foods when I take these. I’m planning on getting another bottle and seeing if there’s any difference in my body. Also, I do workout at least 5 days a week. Not sure how long it takes to start seeing a difference in your body when taking these supplements. ... show more

I’ve been taking this for about 1 1/2 months. Just got another bottle. I tend to get stomach aches a lot and this product does help. Since I’ve added it to my supplements I have lost more weight. I take this, Apple cider vinegar pills and magnesium. I do cut carbs 70/30 and I’ve lost over 20 lbs.

I have read alot of reviews and i saw a show with Dr OZs and he was talking about CLA tonalin. I said ok your right so less try it any way. I have been takeing CLA for about 3 weeks now am I am HAPPY BABY I do get in 5minutes the moring and evening of exercise I watch what I eat and I drink at less 5 bottles of water a day. I know that may not sound like a lot but it is wroking for me.(HIGH FIVE MYSELF) It is hard to tone up and lose weight. I am also a MeMa (grandmother) who loves beening active with her grandkids.I am GALD to say I was a size 10 now I am a size 8 the only thing that I am worryed about is how long do I stay on the CLA before I start the cycleing do I take for a month then stop taking for about 2 weeks or what.I read that is what you are supose to do but I take 2 tablets a day 1000mg.So the only thing I can say is it so far so good. ... show more
