These are hard to chew. The grapefruit in it gives me severe heartburn, all day heartburn. Terrible after taste. Other than that, you get a lot for the money.

Got these because I use other supplements from the brand which I like. These, however, were disappointing. They taste like medicine and are hard to eat as a result. I’ll opt for a different type next time.

    • Melted Gummy
I ordered in July and when I got them even though they were in ice packs over half of the zinc gummies were melted together. So ended up cutting the melted ones apart with a scissor. Won’t order gummies again.
