Make sure you do your research on which magnesium best suits your needs. So far this one is working well for me. However the pills are huge. I have no problem swallowing these, others may.

    • Very Effective Sleep Aid, But…

This supplement does what it does very effectively. What it does is: 1. Helps you fall asleep and stay asleep; and 2. Be a powerful laxative Unfortunately, these are two effects that can’t go together. In the best case scenario, you go to sleep well, and are awakened to run to the bathroom. In the worst case scenario, you’re buying a new mattress because you didn’t wake up in time I think it is worth trying just in case you are lucky enough to have the sleep aid effect without the powerful laxative effect.
