Goes together as the instructions say. I did watch some YouTube video, so I had a better idea of what was supposed to happen. But it went together beautifully. I had my husband help me pump up the balloons with a hand pump. He put most of it together actually and I dictated how I wanted the sizes and colors distributed.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this pack. The quality of the balloons are great. Unfortunately in the heat outside they don’t last long. Definitely prefer over balloons from hobby lobby.
