The media could not be loaded. Editing to update, it’s now been about 3 months and I love this so much! Bills went down about 100$ and it’s just perfect! I got this about 3/4 weeks ago it’s been installed 3 weeks or so. My dad installed and I was helping. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up. I’m pretty sure we had to buy the shut offs. But either way it’s cheap and works great. I have 5 kids almost 6-11 years old plus 3 adults. So far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!! So now I can use the bathroom closet instead of having a big tank taking up all the space. This is the propane not natural gas. Sorry for the long video review but wanted to let people to know some details cause I was hesitant my own self after reading some of the reviews. Questions for will it work or not work cause I was told by Lowe’s a few years ago I need a 9-11gpm for the people I have in household. It’s actually by faucets and the rating they have and how many you have and want running at the same time. So I bought all my fancy faucets (waterfall, rain shower head) etc from Amazon as well and they do take a good bit of water output so I just checked the output and f it, let’s give this a try. My main concerns was the reviews like “I got propane but it won’t work it’s only for natural gas” or “it leaks upon installation or after a few days” I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s been good to us no leaks nothing. I’d definitely recommend this tankless heater

Replaced a failed Chinese on demand propane water heater with this 3.5gpm model. Very easy to set up. Worth noting the water lines in and out of this are not pipe thread. I figured out they were same as the inlet on bottom of a toilet. I bought 2 toilet feed braided lines with sharkbite on/off valve built in, works great. Great h2o heater so far.

The media could not be loaded. I installed the gas tankless water heater using the 1/2 pex with insulation in the outside storage (outside temp 59, I set 120 for hot water), and it's amazing how this unit works well and is easy to handle. It takes about 25-35 seconds to get hot water depending on the distance. It takes 2-3 mins to get gas through at the first time. This unit is great for a family of 3-4 people. I'll install the safety valve later after 3 months. I like to recommend it if you need a new water heater. less space, less weight, and less gas.

Seems to be a good unit. I have it installed in a slightly heated office area in my pole barn (maybe 50-55*) I wasn't happy with the heat output on just one device (a hose to wash cars) I simply made the switch to 3/4" cold feed line. That has helped a lot. You might not need that but it can't hurt. My current ground water temp is also in the mid 40's so that's not helping the speed of the warm up either. Overall I'm happy with the unit as I bought it as a small unit for a sink and hose Super easy to install as long as you've done one before

Received this tankless water heater a few weeks ago. Set up was easy with the directions and have no issues with the water heater. I is able to supply hot water fast even with the recent cold weather. No complaints from me and I do recommend this water heater.
