I spent months searching for an attactive, sturdy, yet affordable patio set. I searched at all major retailers and read endless reviews over two months. While I love the look and feel of real wood, I was concerned about it's maintenance and durability in my sunroom. Therefore, I decided to focus on finding a sturdy, UV protected, metal patio set. I was immediately attracted to this set due to it's seemingly subtle and natural colors, sturdy metal frame, and thick pillows. After months of searching, I realized that if I waited much longer to make a choice, summer would be over before I chose a set; so, I decided to go for it give this set a try. I'm absolutely thrilled with this patio set and think others will love it as well. The set arrived earlier than the anticpated delivery date as it shipped from the US. It delivered in 4 labeled boxes, and all 4 boxes arrived on the same day. The boxes were packed with an amazing amount of care. All parts and pieces were included, organized, and labeled within the boxes. The packaging was clearly well thought out to prevent any dings, dents, or damages. Each piece arrived in absolutely perfect condition. The assembly process took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was a little time consuming but straightforward. I had a small hangup on the alignment of the rocking mechanism on the chairs because the details of the corresponding picture in the instructions were a little hard to see clearly, but other than my uncertainty on that step, assembly was smooth overall. All predrilled holes aligned perfectly and all pieces fit together well and as intended. This assembled set looks extremely high end for the price. The metal frame is very strong and durable. The frame is a light brown color, but up close it has speckled dark brown/ black color variations that look really nice and provide subtle visual interest. The frame is painted with a thick, smooth coating that feels very nice and consistent to the touch. The seat cushions are very thick. They're firm yet very comfortable to sit in for extended periods. The back cushions are thinner than the seat cushions, but are still much thicker than many other sets I considered. They are still very comfortable, and adding a small throw pillow to each chair makes the backs perfectly cushioned. The cushion covers on the seat and back cushions are zipped and removable for washing. The fabric itself is thick, durable, and a nice neutral grayish color. Like the frame, the cushions also have some nice subtle color variation up close, making them look very high end and making the fabric very easy to coordinate with other decor. The rocking mechanism on the chairs is great. It's smooth, silent, calming, and just the right amount of range of motion for relaxing. I'm really happy we chose to upgrade to the version of this set which includes the rocking chairs, rather than the stationary chairs. Overall, this set was well worth the time it took to assemble. It's neutral, beautiful, sturdy, durable, and very well made. It very well may be my best Amazon purchase yet.

Was impressed with the quality of the furniture. All the frame work is steel finished to look like wood grain. The hardware was individually packed and labeled so there was no guesswork in assembly. They even provided extra hardware (fasteners). Holes were aligned perfectly so all bolts assembled without any minor misalignment. Cushions were thick, soft, and materials looked to be very durable.

I was a little hesitant to make this purchase at first because there weren't many reviews and I hate buying furniture without being able to sit on it first. I am so glad that I did though! My husband and I put the furniture together with no issues, the directions are somewhat straight forward. The rocking chairs rock smoothly and the whole set seems to be built solidly. I know the description says that the cushions are grey but I would say they're more of a greige color then straight grey. The cushions themselves are nice and thick and comfortable to sit on. The order does come in 4 large boxes, I ordered the set on July 4 and received it on July 7th which was days ahead of what they estimated. Everything was packaged nicely and I had no issues with scratches or dents. I would definitely buy from this company again!

We don’t usually write reviews but this set deserve one. We had looked at the Big Box stores and online at a lot of different sets and were ready to place an order on a set that was twice the cost. Searched Amazon and came across this set, read the reviews but was still a little reluctant to order but are we glad we did. This set deserves a 5-star rating. The quality of materials, packaging, instructions and look are all top notch. If you are looking for a patio set you can’t go wrong with this one. Color is a nice greige so it goes good with either tan or gray and it sits great. Cushion covers can be removed for washing. Very nice, not too big and not too small.

*Update: the vendor contacted me after seeing my review and sent out a new chair which is fine. The contact information on this seller’s sight is still not corrected and when you reach out to it, the person will tell you that he owns a rock company and thst this company has stolen it to sell furniture. Don’t know what to think. Overall, the furniture is good and I am happy with the purchase. * One of the chairs is wobbly and defective. Other chair, loveseat, and table are fine. Contacted the seller to swap out but no response to two emails and the phone number is fraudulent. Gentleman answered and said that he gets 5-6 people per day complaining about furniture and that this has been his phone number for years and that it is a rock store, not furniture. Something is fishy. Will update the review if I hear from the seller otherwise will have to return. Buyer beware!!

I bought the 4 piece set (loveseat, 2 chairs & coffee table) in gray for my patio and think it looks great. The seat and back cushions are very comfortable. The chairs swivel and rock which is a nice feature. The metal framing is very sturdy. I had a couple of minor issues with the order and the staff at Natural Expressions responded promptly and resolved them to my satisfaction. I assembled everything by myself which was a little challenging but with two people should go very smoothly. The pricing was great compared to other similar sets I was searching.
