I was a bit skeptical about ordering a lamp shade without being able to see it up close, but the size, shape, color and fabric of this shade fit with what I wanted. The price was much less than I expected to pay so I took a chance and ordered it. I am so pleased. Lamps Plus gets extra kudos for their excellent packing and speed of delivery. The package arrived on a rainy day and I was sure the shade had gotten wet, but it was packed so well the rain didn't get anywhere near it. The shade itself is beautiful. The slight flare at the bottom gives it a less boxy shape, and the gold silky lining prevents glare from coming through the burlap while both hiding the (heavy duty) frame and adding a nice glow to the lighting effect.
