This is a great gift for any occasion. Fun and educational all in one. But parents, make sure you’re present to assist your child. It comes with certain chemicals in packs that can be harmful, which is the only reason i didn’t give 5 stars.

My 10 year old daughter has been obsessed with chemistry ever since I took chemistry in college last semester. I bought her this chemistry kit for Christmas and her face lit up when she opened it! She’s been doing little science experiments with it off and on since Christmas. I like that the instructions are easy for kids to understand and the experiments are easy for them to do and don’t require a ton of adult help. So far we’ve had no safety issues with any of the experiments but we haven’t gone through all of them yet so we will see.
