Beautiful addition to our kitchen – worth every penny
Color: Light Brown/Beige Size: Counter Height - Single
I purchased three of these bar stools for our kitchen island, and they’ve completely elevated the space. The natural wood finish and white textured upholstery give them a high-end, modern farmhouse vibe that fits beautifully with our decor. I was impressed with how sturdy they feel, each one supports weight comfortably without wobbling, and the built-in footrest is a nice touch for added comfort. The cushioned seats are supportive and cozy, making them perfect for both quick meals and longer hangouts at the counter. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes per stool; the instructions were clear, and all the parts were well organized. I appreciate that the brand offers a 100-day trial and a lifetime warranty it shows they stand behind their product. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend these stools to anyone looking for stylish, functional seating at a fair price. ... show more

Aesthetically pleasing!
Color: Medium Brown/Beige Size: Bar Height - Single
1. These were so easy to put together. There’s only a couple pieces for each chair. They were level and sturdy without needing us to adjust them. 2. They are really nice looking. The low back allows them not to block the counters and kitchen. 3. Comfort- I was worried about the cushion and comfort if the chair. The cushion is firm but comfortable. I think if they were squishier, they’d lose their nice look quickly. The low back is comfortable too. We’ve played card games in these chairs for hours and I never felt like I had to stand from being uncomfortable. 4. Easy to clean- with three kids under 5, I was worried about dirty hands ruining the chairs quickly. We’ve had oil from peanut butter, chocolate ice cream, Mac and cheese and more on these in the first couple weeks. I quickly sprayed with a laundry stain spray and then used my little green Bissell on the chair. They look brand new! You cannot see where the spill was. Also, they are not discolored where I treated them. Overall, I am VERY impressed by the quality and style of the chairs. I would recommend to anyone! ... show more

Defective Product, Unreasonable Resolution

Very disappointing customer service from Amazon. I purchased this set, and one arrived defective. Rather than replacing the defective chair or providing a replacement part, Amazon’s only solution was for me to completely disassemble all four assembled chairs, repackage the entire set, return everything, reorder the product, and then assemble all four chairs again. This is an unreasonable burden on the customer when the product arrived defective through no fault of my own. I expected Amazon to stand behind the products it sells and offer a practical solution, such as replacing the defective chair or providing a partial refund. What is most disappointing is that customer service repeatedly cited policy without considering the circumstances or the significant amount of time required to undo and redo the assembly of an entire furniture set. I have been an Amazon customer for many years and expected a much more customer-friendly resolution. ... show more

Ehh
Color: Light Brown/Beige Size: Counter Height - Set of 4
Pretty and comfortable but arrived with splintered wood in the predrilled holes. Fairly easy instructions. So annoying to return. Make sure these are exactly the stools you want!!

I wanted a low profile bar stool for my counter height island. These are perfect and guests are pleasantly surprised by the amount of back support they provide! They look great and are functional and comfortable!

Color: Dark Brown/Beige Size: Counter Height - Single
They look good, but the screws have fallen out of the crossbar.

Poor value (used)
Color: Medium Brown/Light Brown Size: Bar Height - Set of 2
Bought used, legs had quite a few scratches and dents. Several screws and bolts were missing, and they were not repackaged, all were loose in box. Stools are nice quality but for being used, we’re not a good value at the price listed.
