This is a good bike. It is well built and is a great buy at this price point. I found it moderately difficult to put together due to poor machining of the parts. Several Allen bolts were difficult to remove and put back in due ti the fact they were poorly machined. I still don’t have the front brakes adjusted right because of this. The instructions are written clearly but I found myself skipping forward and backwards to figure things out. My biggest complaint with the instructions were with the actual operating instructions as they didn’t explain in any detail how to actually operate everything. My other big complaint of this bike is its speed. It says it goes up to 15mph, I can only get 11 mph. Despite my complaints, this is a good, stable, sturdy bike that comes well equipped with mirrors, baskets and lights. Be patient putting it together and you will be rewarded with a great, safe bike. ... show more

This bike a so much fun. I’m handy capped and getting on this bike and riding is like freedom. Takes a while to get used to a second wheel in the back. Does not turn like a normal two wheeled bike. I have been through 2 ebikes so far and this one is HANDS down the very best quality made for sure, no short cuts here. My first one was a ROTTEN Qlife, TOTAL cheap made JUNK!! Ended up having a neighbor helping me throw it a dumpster where it belongs!! Narrack is such a refreshing made trick! Super great quality made. Easy to assemble, just watch their video 3 times like I did and I'm 70 years old with arthritis. Once it was together I could not get the battery to work, so I called their service line and the fellow walked me threw the way to get it going, after that NO problems. My first ride I was scared to death, takes a while to get used to it and how it handles, second time was much better and it will get easier as time goes by. This bike has allot of get up and go for sure. I'm a lazy slug and don't peddle it and it still does the joy of speeding along. All and all don't waist your money for one of the VERY expensive or mooncool bikes. This one for just about half price is all you need for sure. Get the deluxe model with the 1100 watt, 48 volt batteries and the 700 watt motor and you'll do great! Glad my second time around with an ebike was with this one for Shure! The media could not be loaded. Broken mirror, front tire scratches when unboxing. Took me about 45 minutes to assembly. Test ride was perfect, I like electric horn Peep Peep. Lights work perfectly front and back. This is a good quality trike that you should buy and won’t disappointed.
