I was apprehensive ordering a tricycle in my 50’s lol But damn this thing is the bomb! It's super cute! I choose the mint/teal green. I LOVE that balance is not an issue. I can sit anywhere on my bike and also, if I choose be on my phone comfortably. The seat is AMAZING! LOVE the backrest! The seat is thick and has a hole for air exchange then a backrest which not only hides my butt but is super comfy! I love how I can choose to get exercise but also have extra help on hills and/or extra speed when needed. It goes fast too if you want to. It's fun to ride! The bike arrived 75% pre-assembled- there was very little more to do. I had it ride ready within 30 minutes. Easy-peesy! The only issue is maybe bulkiness & its heavy to lift. It takes up quite a bit of space to store. There is a ton of storage space on this bad boy! Perfect for delivery jobs or a side business maybe selling water ice! Everyone notices this bike - they love it everywhere I go. I bought my son an e-bike too & we have so much fun riding around! I highly recommend this bike! Arrived on time, extremely packed with care and included extra paint, extra fuses, and all necessary tools. It arrived fully charged. I’ve ridden it several times and the battery is still very much full. I know it's a bit pricey but it's a quality item that I expect to enjoy for years to come. ... show more

“Very impressed with this electric tricycle so far. The step-thru design makes it easy to get on and off, and the fat tires give it a stable, comfortable ride. The seat with backrest is surprisingly comfortable for longer rides, and the large rear basket is perfect for groceries or carrying extra gear. The motor has plenty of power it goes 20 mph default is 15 adjust in settings, assist on hills and with peddling, and the removable battery is convenient for charging indoors if you purchase and have an issue with the battery the back panel that it slides into has to be adjusted loosening the two screws. Assembly took some time, but overall the quality feels good for the price. If you want a comfortable and practical electric trike for cruising around town, errands, or casual riding, this is a great option.” ... show more

The bike is beautiful. But it came with multiple scratches in the paint. Also, I am not able to attach one of the fenders, because the holes are stripped. The seller offered to send the parts and send some touch up paint. He offered to refund me $40. This was not a cheap toy or item. This was a big purchase. These issues are not what i paid for and shouldnt have to take the time to fix them, or wait for the parts. I'm very disappointed with his customer service skills. But after reading other reviews, this is what he does. ... show more

The assembly instructions were good. It was a little involved to assemble' I.E. some of the fittings had to be "encouraged" to screw together. Otherwise a solid performer and value.

First off- it Rides amazing! So fast and the charge lasts so long! Second- the company is awesome for the small additions! They sent FOUR keys total, and extra fuses for the battery, and a bottle of paint to correct scratches in case you damage it! Which..I did..because I crashed! Lol but that’s my fault. Which brings me to say- it can tip if you’re not used to driving a trike like I was! So be cautious around turns and break on steep hills! And buy a helmet and gloves in case you fall off. Luckily, I wasn’t going 20mph when I did😆 Overall I love this bike! I got a passenger trailer to pull my kids behind because it already has a built it universal attachment on the bike too! Great quality! Now my kids beg to ride everyday! ... show more

I have been through 2 ebikes so far and this one is HANDS down the very best quality made for sure, no short cuts here. My first one was a ROTTEN Qlife, TOTAL cheap made JUNK!! Ended up having a neighbor helping me throw it a dumpster where it belongs!! Narrack is such a refreshing made trick! Super great quality made. Easy to assemble, just watch their video 3 times like I did and I'm 70 years old with arthritis. Once it was together I could not get the battery to work, so I called their service line and the fellow walked me threw the way to get it going, after that NO problems. My first ride I was scared to death, takes a while to get used to it and how it handles, second time was much better and it will get easier as time goes by. This bike has allot of get up and go for sure. I'm a lazy slug and don't peddle it and it still does the joy of speeding along. All and all don't waist your money for one of the VERY expensive or mooncool bikes. This one for just about half price is all you need for sure. Get the deluxe model with the 1100 watt, 48 volt batteries and the 700 watt motor and you'll do great! Glad my second time around with an ebike was with this one for Shure!     • Buyer Beware
Where to begin.... Once completely put together it's worked well so far. Battery life is fine, a bit faster than expected but perfectly manageable. Works perfect on roads and even on less then level surfaces such as gravel, grass, and bumps. All and all once put together it works pretty well! 4/5 stars! Perfectly ride-able! However... It was the 'putting it together' part that was the worst experience. The screws for the brake for some reason came with thread-lock already on applied despite needing to be disassembled, set in place, and then finally re assembled. It made this impossible! attempting to contact the company DID take a bit. Rather then sending the only part needed an entire new brake system was sent.... This new part. Was missing the screws... By the time It arrived i was able to find the exact part needed on amazon and bought THAT (Which did come with screws!) After finally getting the brake put onto the bike we had thought it would finally be smooth and straight forward with the rest of assembly. This was also not the case. Despite the 'premium' for the seat with the back rest for some reason this backrest didn't lock into place correctly. After a few attempt and a LOT of muscle (3 people) being needed to force the bars close enough to actually secure it into place this portion of things finally looked and felt right.. Even still... This wasn't the only issue. The final issue that again was solved with strength was the back tire cover was bent on arrival (As was a few portions of the rear basket!) with effort it was bent into a more work able shape..... This bike has been a blessing and curse since it's purchase. If it should break down within the year i almost wouldn't be surprised. It came to us out of the box with metal parts bent, thread lock on screws, and for some reason weak tools. Simply using the allen wrenches provided left metal shaving residue from them wearing down against the screws. Do your research. I did and thought this would be best for us. I'm still not sure if this was a good purchase after all. Only time will tell. ... show more
