I am really pleased with this bed. It's not hard to assemble and didn't take too long. Everything is numbered by piece including the hardware. After having some issues with other beds not holding up well I am thrilled about how solid this bed is. It is an appealing design to me and has enough room under it to vacuum or use for some storage. Lastly, just be aware that the box when delivered is quite heavy (I had to push it to the bedroom) but I am a small person and don't weigh a lot. Purchased this frame during the Black Friday sale Nov '23. So got a great deal on the price! This frame was pretty easy to assemble. Some slat bars needed an extra wollop to get them in place. My mattress stays in place and does not slide. At first, when I opened the box, I panicked because I thought I was missing most of the bolts but found that they were already inside some pieces of the frame. Phew! So don't be me and call Cust Svc immediately.. look around first.. lol NapQueen Customer Service was great too. I had to leave a vmail but they called me back pretty quick. By that time however, I had found the "missing" bolts. :) ... show more

First time assembling metal platform. Read alot of reviews and got good pointers. Mine was Queen size. Make sure you look at all pieces before starting. Some may get bent in shipping. Easy fix with pliers to straighten. Sides and middle are crucial on getting fit right. I am 74 and it took me about one hour to assemble. Bend frames held me back. Have been sleeping on bed for week and love it. Frame is solid and worth the money ... show more

box arrived damaged, thought it was still going to be fine but it wasn’t. the middle piece for the frame wasn’t sitting flat on the ground due to it being bent. just tried to ignore it and build it anyways, unfortunately that didn’t work out as several other metal pieces were bent and i couldn’t put the frame together. ... show more

I have a lot of experience assembling flat pack furniture and this was definitely one of the easier ones. I really appreciated that the bolts are already where they are supposed to be, so you just take them out, fit the other piece, and bolt them back in.
