This item was very disappointing. I understand that it has been "renewed", but it was sent filthy dirty with dirt and crap all in the cracks. Screws on the device are rusted and have crap in them. So far amazing! Exactly as described. The model I got was the pear white. It came with very minimal ware on the device. Three things of note were the screen had a scuff, not a big deal it doesn’t affect use, and one very small dent on the bottom near the headphone jack. Again not a big deal. Runs great so far. Absolutely disgusting. Works fine but had to he deeply cleaned. You could litteraly scrape the nasty ear was color and texture off the device. Large chuncks of ear wax like substances all inside the memory slot buttons and any and all seams. Product works fine so I guess I kinda got my money's worth. Deeply yellowed. Non of this was mentioned. Could have bought the same devise on ebay in almost mint for the same price give or take 20 bucks. ... show more

The shipping was alright. The charger was packed on the screen and I discovered a very light scratch from it. However, everything else seems in order.
