Amazing after searching high and low for a cabinet bed with overall good reviews. Packaged to perfection! Arrived early, must have two people to manage the boxes and the build. Took about 1-1.5 hours just to unpack, organize all parts, etc. The bottom section is already built, only the top required the build and connect to the bottom drawers. Build took only 3 hours. Instructions are very clear. Customer Service is Amazing from reach out re shipping! Suggestions - do not attempt to level it until complete; use sticky furniture felt pads to keep parts from banging against each other, i.e. the legs, the support bars in the bottom drawers; don't put d-bolt in until ready to put screw in it as it is much easier. Does smell strongly of paint which should dissipate after some time. Drawers are huge, several sheet sets should fit, along with a mattress cover, blankets, and even a one inch foam topper - even more if vacuum storage bags are used; may use Velcro to keep the third section of the mattress connected to the middle section as it is accordion style. Few spots where finish is off, but not a big deal. Looks beautiful. It is in our Study (11'x11') and could only go on one wall near door thus appearing a bit overwhelming for the room size, but it was our only option. One of our guys who built it, laid down on the mattress and said it was quite comfortable, but cannot rate comfort at this time as no one has slept on it. Five Stars for everything except Price as was quite disappointing to see price drop $400 from time of purchase (Feb 15 till posting this review)!

Outstanding customer service. Excellent product. Within an hour of placing my order I received a call from the vendor explaining how the delivery process would work. The item arrived in three days. Four boxes were all bound together on one pallet and wrapped in enough bubble wrap to protect it from almost anything. The freight carrier left the pallet up by my garage door. The only negative is, I wish they told me they were going to deliver it. I didn’t expect it for another week. The items in the boxes were well packed to prevent any damage. The items were heavy so I had to unbox them all and carry them individually into my basement. Assembly instructions were good. It took me about three hours from start to finish. Most of the assembly is installing connectors and screwing on hinges. The connectors are “IKEA like” - posts that fit into a turntable nut that fits in a hole on the board. While not my favorite, the finished product is sturdy. Once assembled, it’s very heavy and not easy to move. So you need to assemble where you want it. The mattress seems substantial and comfortable, but we have not slept a night on It yet. This is a good piece of furniture at a fair price with a vendor with exceptional service.

We needed extra sleeping space for company, but the only area we had was in the home office. Not only is a room small, but we didn’t want to have a full size bed in there all the time. We like the idea of a Murphy bed, but with our pitch ceiling that would not have worked. We’d never heard of cabinet beds until we came across them during a Google search. This is such a great bed well worth the price so far. It’s very sturdy and easy for 1 person to both set up and put away. We love the modern color (Galaxy Gray) and wood grain. The 2 USB ports and 2 plugs on the side of the unit are very convenient. I store pillows and a comforter in the drawer, but for ease I leave the mattress protector and sheets on the mattress when it’s folded up. We have been told by guests that the bed is quite comfortable. Know that the front panel is quite heavy. Half of the top flips up (which we don’t have room to do because of the pitched ceiling, but when you can there’s a lot more headroom). While it helps hold the front panel closed, be sure to use the clips that you install inside the cabinet that secure to it when putting it away. My husband didn’t attach them once, so when I flipped the top open the heavy panel unexpectedly fell forward onto me. I do wish the storage drawer was accessible when the bed was out and that it didn’t need to stay pulled out until the front panel is secured into place when closing the bed up (more of an issue when only 1 person is doing it). But these are really insignificant dislikes when looking at the whole product. Great piece of furniture for anyone needing a bed for tight quarters who can’t fit a traditional Murphy bed in their space.

Absolutely love this Murphy bed in a cabinet! Well made. Sturdy. It looks exactly as pictured. Actually, I think it's prettier. My handyman assembled it within 2 hours. He said the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only issue was with the delivery company. The bed was delivered a day earlier than expected. We discovered it at our garage door when getting ready to exit in our auto to go to an appointment. BLOCKED CAR! No knock at the door or telephone call to say they were at the house to make the delivery. There is a crack on the top but working with Jason (he's great) at company about that. Very pleased so far with the purchase. An added plus is the bed height when it's let out. It doesn't give the feel of sleeping almost on the floor.

We wanted a Murphy bed/cabinet in our dog room/guest room. It’s a very nice bed. Sturdy, mattress is super comfy, & a very nice look for the room as well. Fantastic customer service from the seller. As soon as I purchased it from Amazon, the seller called me right away to tell me about the logistics with the delivery and how many boxes would be delivered on the pallet. They scheduled a delivery date within a week. Everything was packaged perfectly. Instructions were super easy to follow. We love our new Murphy bed!!
