Bought the 10". It is firm but adequately padded on top. Never had a hybrid and was somewhat reluctant. I've had other memory foam mattresses and remember the old mattresses and box springs from my youth. When first unrolled, I felt the bounciness of the springs too much. But later it is perfect for me. I have severe back problems and a torn rotator cuff (usually no sleeping on that side) and this is about as good as I expect it to get. I am sleeping better. It works perfectly fine with my adjustable base. The price was outstanding when I bought mine. And it is made in the USA. No bad smells at all.

Absolutely awful. Even after a week the mattress was springy and thin. Waited the full 72 hours for it to expand fully, and still could hit the bed frame when I sat down on the mattress. I slept on it once fully expanded and had the worst sleep of my life.

Slopes down at foot and head of bed. It is comfortable but I just don’t like how it came to shape. Perhaps it’s the XL only. I have 2 other NAPQUEEN mattresses of regular length 8” and 10” and they are good. This is the 12” TWIN XL.

Pretty comfortable, I let it expand for 33 hours (instructions say 24-72). If I could do it over again I'd let it go the full 72 to see if that improves it. I find myself sinking into whatever spot i'm lying in excessively.

I bought this exact bed 4 yrs ago and left it with the new owner of my old house, too old to move. The house I just bought needed a bed so why not buy what was not broke, very comfortable. This time it didn't come with two pillows too bad for me. Still a good bed for 6' 220 lb man

After what felt like an eternity searching for a mattress, I decided to go with this one. Not gonna lie, I was nervous and preparing myself to have to return it. It arrived quickly. As soon as I got the wrap off of it, it began to expand. I did wait 72 hours before sleeping on it just to give it time to reach full expansion. It is a thick and comfortable mattress! No more back and shoulder pain because the support is on point! Very pleased
