The other reviewers who said frame is heavy weren't kidding! It was all my roommate & I could do to get it to my second floor bedroom. The extra weight appears to be due to it's quality of construction. So, in my mind, that's a good thing! Assembly was fast & easy; it took less than 15 minutes! To assemble, all you need to do is unfold it, remove the plastic ties, screw on the 6 legs and plug in the power supply. That's it! I'm still getting used to it, but so far I like it. I'll update this review after I've used it a while. Update: The remote control is backlit and works perfectly, except it would be nice if you could turn on the backlighting without pressing a comtrol button. The work around is to press and hold the under-bed LEDs in the middle bottom row. The app, on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The setup instructions weren't totally clear and the setup process is more involved than it should be. Some bed features in the app do not work; hopefully that will be fixed in a future update...Overall all, though, I'm still mostly happy with it. The leg height was perfect for me; most other brands are shorter.

I have had this bed for over 2 years now. And I LOVE it! It’s great for watching tv, and when I’m ready to go to sleep, I lay down. This bed is wonderful for sitting up a little when my acid reflux acts up. It was very easy to assemble. It is quiet. I also love the massage feature. I had looked at other adjustable beds. I’m so glad I chose this one! It is a great value for the cost. The quality is very good as well. I highly recommend this bed.

I have a story to tell. My wife at 74 is now quite fragile. She has quite a few machines around her bed to aid in her health. We needed a new bed. Adjustable was preferred. She had an adjustable from another company that was broken and completely failed to work anymore. I had bought an adjustable for myself from the Naomi company and had it a few years so I suggested this to her so she ordered one. After she had ordered it, a couple of days later she said, my room is too crowded and I would like to change from the queen that I have to a full bed to allow more room. I said okay. I will speak to the company to see what will happen. I emailed the company and told them of my situation and they said that the order had already been shipped and was out to your state already. I told them of my situation and they said well let us see what we can do. They said the normal recourse was for me to receive the item and then ship it back to them. Now I am 4 years older than my wife and both of us are having Mobility issues. But after having spoke to the company again, they would see what they could do about turning the freight around. Believe it or not, they did just that. I may have to pay restocking fees or whatever, but the alternative would have been so much worse for me. We ordered the correct size bed and are in 7th heaven. I had my grandson put it together and he said it was no problem. This One like mine is very sturdy and I have had mine for more than 5 years and it still operates like new. I am going to wait a year to see the durability in operation of my wife's new bed but it should be the same as mine. Thank you, Naomi and we look forward to purchasing more products from you in the future.

I purchased this on March 6, 2023. Within the first 30 days, the head and foot were not lifting correctly. I contacted the seller, who advised me to crawl under the bed and see if anything was catching. I explained to them that I was in a wheelchair and not able to do it. They did not respond. Things continued to get worse until one night, there was a loud pop, and the head dropped. After that, there was no rise at all in the head. Then the foot portion did the same. Thank goodness I opted for the extra coverage. I opened a claim, and they advised me to contact the seller to let them know I was still under warranty. I did, but the seller said my 90 was up, and they would not do anything. I let the insurance know what they said. The Insurance provider had a virtual repair specialist contact me to look at the issue, and we found that the frame had snapped. They opened the claim and tried to find me a replacement. They could not replace the frame, so they are issuing me a complete refund. I would not recommend.

Packaged great and no issues although FedEx was 1 day late. Easy to set up, but need two people to move it. Worked so much better and alot more features than ones we tried in store. Didn't think I would want or need the massage feature, but wow...love it! Our mattress fit perfectly on this queen sized frame. I cant tell you how nice it was to sleep comfortably all night long. The only thing I would tell the seller to add is having the remote light up as soon as you pick it up. It does light up when you touch a button, but would be nice to see the controls before you hit the wrong one. Love this frame!

Our son put a gazillion dollar brand name adjustable bed (you know the brand) in their guest room. This very affordable bed stand is every bit as good if not better. It certainly feels more steady when I crawl into it. The adjustment is excellent. The vibration is divine (though I wish I could adjust massage time) and the under bed night light is just icing on the cake at 3AM.
