The media could not be loaded. If I could give this company zero stars I would. There’s nothing to like about this product or the company. I’ve asked them to take back the broken furniture and they have refused asking me to pay the cost of disposing of the furniture. This is just wrong. The product It’s an accident waiting to happen because it is made of cheap wood that was broken. The hole that was drilled into the wood to fit the screws was too big so the screws could not fit therefore there was no way to get the leg to fit safely. The cheap flimsy wood was split. The zipper was broken. It had stains all over it and scuff marks. The least of the problem was that it arrived smaller than expected. I informed the dealer that the furniture was broken had stains scuff marks and a broken zipper. Someone called from Amazon that they were on their way to the house about to pick up the furniture. I had the futon at the door waiting to be picked up and no one showed. I received information that they would not be picking up the furniture. It’s been at least a month now. I again asked them to pick up the furniture and they insisted that I must dispose of it myself. This is ridiculous. The cost of disposing of this piece of furniture is more than the furniture itself requires my time and effort my vehicle and it’s just not worth the trouble. This should not be my responsibility. I need them to come and take their broken poorly built excise for a futon to make room for a sturdy furniture in my home. I don’t need this broken furniture in my home. This is a unfair thoughtless unprofessional company and the product is unsafe. DO NOT BUY THIS UNSAFE PRODUCT. ... show more

This was easy to assemble and looks really nice. We got it for our kids’ hangout area in our basement and it honestly shocked me how high quality it looks. Fits 2 average adults (or 3 small adults) comfortably.

One of the legs broke after a while and a lot of tough use, but it was still a very nice product and comfortable enough to sleep on sometimes. Would buy as a casual futon to use at times!

I am very pleased with the product. Seems solid and looks pretty good. Not the most comfortable sofa but never met a futon that was. Easy to just put the legs on and ready for the guest room or office, at an affordable price.

    • Prepare for the worst.
So. I ordered this love seat and it showed up really fast. I was so excited to come home and set it up. When I opened the box, everything was packaged well. The little parts were stored in a zipper underneath the couch. The arm rest cushions and legs were nestled away, but the screws to attach the legs were missing. I contacted the seller and they immediately worked on a solution. While waiting for the delivery, I decided to look at a hardware store to match the missing screws. It turns out they are an unusual size and very hard to find in my little town. I gave that up just as the replacement showed up. To my surprise, they sent an entirely new couch. I thought it would be cheaper to just send the screws, but whatever. I assembled the new one in just minutes. One of the screw holes was drilled in the wrong place. Oh well, the other screws seem to be holding up well. I tucked the couch into place and sat down to relish in my sweat inducing labor of screwing in 7 screws. Seemed nice until I pulled down the middle part that has the cup holders. I guess the quality department doesn't open those up because, while looking fine when closed, it opens with a slant. A pretty drastic one, actually. I wasn't about to complain about it out of fear they would send yet another couch. Two sub-par love seats is more than enough for me. Look.... don't buy this unless you just want something to fill a void that looks stylish. It's not sturdy. It's not well built. It's not even comfortable. But, it sure does look nice. ... show more

Material is nice but it is not sturdy. It broke within 2 months. Never had over 300lbs on it at once, between 2 people. The piece of wood you attach the leg to became unattached from the rest of the frame. Waste of money.
