I've had this bed for 3 years now. Not one single problem that wasn't operator error ie I accidentally reprogrammed my preprogrammed positions on the remote. My fault. The bed still works great. It arrived as many boxes do after having been thrown around by the carrier. But nothing on the inside was damaged, nothing was missing and it assembled easily. Takes 2 people which it states this I'm the instructions. I had to wait this long before review because of some of the negative reviews I had read but again I've not had one single issue. Not even when severe weather shut the power off. Very very pleased with this purchase and got my mother one through her Amazon account and will not hesitate to refer others to this frame. Side note on the vibration my mattress is 12" so I can only feel the rocking from the massages but my grand son goes straight to sleep when I lay him on the bed and turn the vibration on so still a win. The mattress not the bed is why it can't be felt

Waste of money, originally the package arrived obviously previously opened, and appeared used. Within a few uses the head brace gave in and now the head will only rise a few inches. I have severe back issues and rely on an adjustable bed for both comfort and support to get out of bed, this bed offers neither! The massage feature is loud and weak! The assembly was a breeze tho considering it seemed to be mostly assembled. When I have contacted the seller for any help, the reply says simply, passed their 30 day support, even though I originally contacted them within days of receipt. Heavy hit for a non functional much needed bed, and a crooked seller!

Great bed only downside is there is no mattress guards to keep beds on the frame... so every time you get up off the bed the mattress needs to be pushed back onto the frame a bit

I purchased the split king set, so far everything has been great. It was easy to assemble. I love the USB outlet underneath. If I could recommend anything, it’s that I wish the lights had a motion sensor but overall it has been great!

I am totally enjoying this queen sized bed frame. It seemed a bit daunting to set up as we were going through the process......the instrution photos were very difficult to tell what was what. However, once it was all set up, we looked back and thought it was not aa difficult as it felt going through it. So pack your patience and just rill with the process. One thing I did as we were setting it up was to get masking tape and Sharpie to lable all the screws we put in and drew arrows pointing to the parts the label is describing so when the frame has to be disassembled we can remember what we did to put it together. The frame came in two boxes....the head section in one, and the foot section in the other, and is really quite heavy. I would say if you are moving frequently, I would not recommend an elevating bed frame because of its weight and complexity to move, but if you are pretty solidly put, it is awesome. We put the 12" Novilla gel foam mattress on it and the two are a match made in heaven. It feels very solid and well made.

When I ordered this bed, I did not know I would have to have emergency surgery the very next week. The bed arrived 3 days sooner than it was supposed to, and I was so happy because, it gave me a chance to get a friend to assemble it the day before I was due to have surgery. This was I would have it ready when I got home from surgery. The bed is absolutely great. It works just as promised. It was a prayer answered for me, because when I decided to buy it, I was considering the cheaper models at first, but then I thought about how many failures they had because of the manual lifting mechanisms. I just decided to go ahead and spend the extra money to get an electric bed, and I am so so happy that I did. when I came home from hernia surgery, I would have never had the strength to do those manual bed frames, but my electric bed frame is perfect in every way, I also like the massage feature, which the manual beds did not have either. Thank You so much for making such an amazing product. I will be a lifelong customer.
