Way happier with these stools than I anticipated. I hastily bought these for last minute seating in a new house and had them in time and assembled for the holidays. I unintentionally purchased the fabric ones and was worried about staining but have had no issues and liquids roll off versus soaking in. Fabric is super soft and I’m happy for my mistake, with a coating of scotch guard they are perfect. The matte black stool part is not a cheap coating and have had no issues with scratches or anything to that effect. They are also much more comfortable than I expected and the back rest is tall enough to lean back and feel supported. Super easy to assemble and adjust the heigh. Due to the quality of the product and the quantity for the price, easily 5 stars and highly recommend. Love love love

After using these chairs for a couple of months, we noticed damage to our floor and discovered the problem was extremely poor construction. The base welds are nothing more than small tack welds, which failed and caused the chair to become unstable. When I contacted the seller, they sent a replacement base, but it was cheap quality and a different design. The mounting plate holes did not line up with the chair, making it impossible to assemble. Instead of sending correct parts or replacing the chair, the seller suggested buying different screws to “fix” it, which would not address the mismatched plate or failed welds and is unsafe for a load-bearing chair. Overall, this feels like cheap, poorly manufactured furniture with unsafe construction and no real solution when problems arise. I would not recommend this seller or product.
