$10/each is a lot for something that lasts a couple months before filtering really slow (2 person household) and is inconsistent. The filters in the last pack I ordered don't fit as snug inside the pitcher. So the filter will fall out if you tilt the pitcher too much. It also allows water to seep down from around the sides of it, meaning some of the water we drink isn't actually filtered. I haven't found a better alternative yet and hope Nakii makes these with a better fit. The water tastes great though. We have a high mineral content in the municipal water here and this pitcher can handle the job. It's also comfortable to hold, easy fit in the fridge, and nice to look at. ... show more

This product is easy to use and lasts a good long time ( there is a small dial on the top of the unit to dial in usage—however, it is so small and insignificant that i nerve think to use it) I am most satisfied with its ability to take “bad” stuff out of the water we drink. I had originally bought some other brand of filters that said would work with my Nakii pitcher but I returned it because it was ridiculously slow. I bought these ones and they work perfectly but they’re expensive. The water tastes good. I don’t know how long each filter will last but I guess I’ll figure it out eventually. I deducted one star because of the price. The filters are way more expensive than what I paid for my pitcher. ... show more

    • I've had some last a long time, some do not.
I have been using this particular pitcher for quite some time. I have purchased a lot of these filters and while most are just fine, considering that you primed them correctly, the others just fail from the start. Currently the one I am using is only filtering through half. It is brand new. But, the two or three before worked great and lasted a long time. My wife and I drink only juices and water... A LOT of water. We have done our research and conducted purity tests that have come out with very positive results. To close, when they are working properly they are amazing and the water tastes so good! After so many filter changes and purchases, and so much use, the pitcher is in perfect order (we only hand wash ours). Also, the "great" to "not so great" ratio of the filters leans much farther into the "great" category. Five stars if they all performed as well as the best ones. I hope this helps? Water Innovations USA Inc. is the name of the company that sells this water filter cartridge, nothing made in the USA here, filter element is made in China, I was expecting something made in the USA, not happy with my purchase.
