Pro's: 1- It's a wide chair with armrests that swivel up to store the chair neatly under a desk when not in use. 2-The wheels are quite smooth at this price. My chair is on plywood that is not quite level and the wheels are so smooth the chair will roll if I pick my feet up. Con's: 1- Not enough cushion in the seat. Luckily there's enough room (for me) on the height adjustment to add an inch or so of memory foam or something to soften it up at some point. 2- Barely any lumbar support. Again, the chair is big enough that I'll probably toss a lumbar pillow or something there and will still have plenty of room to account for being more forward on the seat. All in all, if you can't get a more expensive chair, this one will do, but chances are you'll want to add some fluff and support for long days or extended hours in it. ... show more

I got this chair to replace my current gaming chair that I also use for working remotely. I spend most of my day glued to my desk in my chair, so it was important that I got a comfortable chair that'll last me a while. My last chair didn't have the best seat so I definitely needed an upgrade. I've used this chair and I can immediately tell the difference in how comfortable it is. Here are some details: ASSEMBLY: Super quick and simple, great quality hardware and feels sturdy right off the bat. The tools inclued in are also great quality for the price. Less than 20 minutes. MATERIALS: One thing I noticed was how nice the faux leather is. It's not the type to crumble and peel. It's soft, not too shiny, thick, and feels really nice to sit with shorts on (!!!). Doesn't collect sweat. Pretty important during the Summer. COMFORT: It's got a nice thick seat and it's actually got pretty decent back support that I wasn't expecting. It kept me upright for most of my work day and felt way better after almost a 13 hour day too. Really loving it so far. The seat itself actually supports you too with how it's shaped. WHEELS: An important part to people with carpets (me). It rolls well and doesn't have a mind of it's own. Not flimsy. The base is also made out of metal which was an upgrade for me as well. DESIGN: It looks great too. The seat is bigger than I thought and decently high back too. With it being spacious for me, it still doesn't have any extra bulk which is nice. The addition of the nice textured leather on the all black chair is also great aesthetics. 10/10 recommended. It's a GREAT value for what you get at this price point. ... show more

Needed a new office chair and stumbled across this offering. Pretty happy I did. Despite the chair arriving and looking as though it had fallen off the truck and been drug down the freeway for a bit, the contents inside appeared unscathed (despite a couple of the pieces being re-wrapped somewhere along the way). Guessing this was the fault of the shipping carrier and not the mfg. Instructions were very clear and assembly straightforward. Received the chair, very good quality and very sturdy, easy to assemble. Unfortunately there was a cut in the leather on the very front of the seat. But I contacted customer service, told them the situation, and they sent us a replacement seat. They did request a picture but they have to follow their return/replacement protocols so I did not have an issue with that. I would order the same chair again from this same company. ... show more

Finding an affordable pink gaming chair is hard. Usually lower budget gaming chairs are cheap and uncomfortable because they skimp out on quality for the aesthetic, but after reading the reviews I figured I could return it worst case. I was fully expecting to have to buy a flower/cat paw seat cushion for this, but I don’t even need to! This is the best chair I’ve ever owned. It’s so comfortable, has posture but not an uncomfortable amount, seat is just right in terms of squish/firm ratio, it’s larger but it still scoots into my desk and the arms/height are adjustable if not. My mother (a 50 year old with zero interest in gaming) will be purchasing one for her home office after agreeing this chair is incredibly comfortable and a great deal. If you have doubts, don’t. Love my chair. It is a prettier pink than shown in the photos, well padded and the back hits just right. I want to talk about customer service though. They are FANTASTIC! My box came from UPS torn and with no parts to assemble the chair. I wrote them that night and got a response the next morning and an alert that afternoon that my parts had been shipped. UPS sat on the shipment. And sat. And sat. After a week of "label created" and nothing else, I wrote the company again and let them know that UPS was doing them dirty. They sent out another parts pack that day. It came in last night, my husband assembled my chair this morning and I am sitting here on a cloud that supports my back and ready for all the Christmas Crafting to come! Love this chair! It’s very well made. I’ve always had problems finding a chair that is comfortable and this one wins hands down. Easy to assemble. I like to sit cross legged and this chair has a wide seat and the arm rest are positioned to where I can sit this way and be very comfortable.
