The pillows are the perfect thickness with soft stuffing that is evenly distributed. They look nice with or without a pillowcase. They provide the perfect amount of support for the neck that now we only use one pillow instead of two thin ones. It is hard to find good pillows. They didn’t have any undesirable smell when received like some we have ordered and they were wrapped nicely. They do stay cool and do not cause your head to get hot. I was somewhat disappointed with these pillows. I needed ones that had more of a firm rectangular, full fit for my king-sized shams but these are lumpy and not very fluffy at all. They don't fully fit the shams, leaving a lot of empty space, which doesn't achieve the look I wanted.
