I painstakingly read through reviews for the right pillows. I also am a frugal person. My preferred pillows in the world are the Marriott collection. However, I just find it ridiculous to pay >$100 per pillow. It's a cotton bag of floof. So, there are reviews of these pillows saying that they don't fluff up. Untrue, in my experience. I found that they were very fluffy after around a day or two. Other reviews said that they aren't firm enough. I did not find this to be the case. These pillows fluff up nicely and fill up a sham but go pretty flat when you put your head on them. They work fine if you are a side sleeper and put a pillow between your knees. If you like a pillow that is firm or supportive they aren't the ones for you.
