I got the Creality 3D Scanner CR-Scan Raptor Pro, and wow, it’s incredible! Seriously, everything I scan with it turns out amazing. From tiny, detailed stuff to bigger things, this scanner nails it every time. The 0.02mm accuracy is crazy good, picking up every little detail perfectly. It’s super fast too, scanning at 60fps, so I’m not waiting around forever. Plus, the full-color scans look so vibrant and real. It’s easy to use, and whether I’m scanning for 3D printing or just messing around, the results are always awesome. If you need a scanner, this one’s a total winner!

The hardware works great. The software leaves a lot to desire, but it's workable and gets the job done. The newer V4 software is a bit of a regression. Depending on what you're doing you might want to use the V3 software.

Worse than the Ferret Pro I returned and I’m still waiting for my refund! Won’t connect in Windows. In Mac the laser lines jump all over and the scan is worse than a phone app. Message pops up for Windows saying uninstall all the Windows security updates which can’t be uninstalled! Pure junk and the Raptor Pro is going back. Watched a lot of video and neither scanner worked ANYTHING like the paid for ad videos.

Long time ago I was wishing and dreaming to own a device like this one and at the end I ordered it fromamazonbecausei trust them too much, i am very happy to have it and I advise any designer to order a device like this one because it will make his design very easy

I spent two weeks getting it working. With their customer service being in China, expect a day or two between responses and the usual "lost in translation". The USB must be plugged into the back (not side or front) of your laptop or desktop computer or it will not work. Windows security update KB5049981 must be uninstalled or it will not work. In "devices", if your system has more than one display adapter showing, the basic one on the motherboard must be disabled. Mine was "Intel(R) UHD Graphics" that had to be disabled (see pic). After all that it works great and hasn't had any problems. But after two weeks of frustration I'm not sure I'll buy another Creality product.
