so here is my experience. I bought this about a month a go. I was very surprised as to how soon it was delivered. it was delivered within a week an a half. I was debating between this and and the new procolor P13 printer but it was taking too long to get delivered to the point that I had to cancell it. the other reason I went with this printer is that included the automatic oven for continuous printing for the same price as the procolor P13. Now here is my feedback. At first I was very disappointed because I could not get the printer to work properly. The LED pannel had some screws missing and the software and instructions all came in USB drive and a few printed sheets of paper with very vb, very bad and incomplete instruction. When I inserted the USB drive in my computer whatever videos and instruction were included all dissapeared and the software program did not work. I was at the point of returning the printer but the good thing that they have very knowledgeable engineers willing t help. bad thing about it is that because of the time difference I had to wait til about 8pm Pacific to get assitance from their tech support also they are helping other clients at the same time in my case they had six other client at the same time so it would take a very very long time to get the technician to work on my issues. Finally we got the prinert to work the way its supposed to work after about three day of tech support. Bottom line the printer is working great the price is exellent. my only wish is that thge company should have youtube videos on setting up the printer and learning on how to use the software program. My advice is that if you are not computer savy stay away from this item remeber that this is shipped fro China. Be warned you will run into issues and patience is a must. over all I am happy with the purchase and the results. If you have purchased this printer and have become and avid user with this product please share videos on youtube so that we can lear from it.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this DTF printer! The print quality is amazing, and it has really elevated what we’re able to produce. It did take a little time to get it up and running, and with Customer Service being on the other side of the world, it meant some late nights for us. That said, their support has been fantastic once connected. One thing to note — the “two years of free ink” works out to a shipment every two months. With the way me and my partner have been printing, we’re going through it like crazy! So keep that in mind if you’re running your printer at a high volume. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable DTF printer. And a special shout-out to Jack in Customer Service — he has been an absolute rockstar through the entire process!

After much consideration, I’m giving this DTF printer 1 star. The product itself was incredibly faulty and difficult to use right out of the box. I had to constantly maneuver the machine just to get it to work, and even ended up having to put screws in certain places myself just to keep it functioning. It was a terrible and frustrating experience from the start. I finally decided to return the machine, but that somehow made the situation even worse. It has now been three weeks since I sent it back, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Customer service was polite, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m out a significant amount of money with nothing to show for it. I simply don’t understand why a refund should take this long. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The machine was a headache, and the refund process has been even more disappointing.
