so here is my experience. I bought this about a month a go. I was very surprised as to how soon it was delivered. it was delivered within a week an a half. I was debating between this and and the new procolor P13 printer but it was taking too long to get delivered to the point that I had to cancell it. the other reason I went with this printer is that included the automatic oven for continuous printing for the same price as the procolor P13. Now here is my feedback. At first I was very disappointed because I could not get the printer to work properly. The LED pannel had some screws missing and the software and instructions all came in USB drive and a few printed sheets of paper with very vb, very bad and incomplete instruction. When I inserted the USB drive in my computer whatever videos and instruction were included all dissapeared and the software program did not work. I was at the point of returning the printer but the good thing that they have very knowledgeable engineers willing t help. bad thing about it is that because of the time difference I had to wait til about 8pm Pacific to get assitance from their tech support also they are helping other clients at the same time in my case they had six other client at the same time so it would take a very very long time to get the technician to work on my issues. Finally we got the prinert to work the way its supposed to work after about three day of tech support. Bottom line the printer is working great the price is exellent. my only wish is that thge company should have youtube videos on setting up the printer and learning on how to use the software program. My advice is that if you are not computer savy stay away from this item remeber that this is shipped fro China. Be warned you will run into issues and patience is a must. over all I am happy with the purchase and the results. If you have purchased this printer and have become and avid user with this product please share videos on youtube so that we can lear from it.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this DTF printer! The print quality is amazing, and it has really elevated what we’re able to produce. It did take a little time to get it up and running, and with Customer Service being on the other side of the world, it meant some late nights for us. That said, their support has been fantastic once connected. One thing to note — the “two years of free ink” works out to a shipment every two months. With the way me and my partner have been printing, we’re going through it like crazy! So keep that in mind if you’re running your printer at a high volume. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable DTF printer. And a special shout-out to Jack in Customer Service — he has been an absolute rockstar through the entire process!

Was so excited to get this printer. Once I received it, I unpackaged it, and the first instructions were to take off a bracket that they put on during transportation. The bracket was not there. The second instructions were to download the software and each of the USB port were empty so I had to contact customer service. Mind you customer service is in China. I was on the phone with them from 6 o’clock at night to 1 o’clock in the morning they had to remotely download everything into my computer, the printer worked for the first few prints and I was utterly excited. After the first few prints, it started malfunctioning again. I was on the phone with customer service that evening. They said they fixed it the next day the printer malfunctioned again. I was again on the phone with customer service this repeated for four days. I would get one or two good prints and the machine would malfunction. This is not worth your money or your frustration. I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life. Please don’t waste your money or your time. A lot of of the reviews said Jack at Customer service was amazing, Jack was my initial contact and kept me yo-yoing for 6 1/2 hours. They would tell you to do something and then they would not speak to you for 20 to 30 minutes then somebody else would come on and say to do this on the other, it is nothing but a headache and a hassle. Very disappointed

Great customer services . Fast response. A little hard to set up but after the set up process is done this printer is great .had an issue with the circulation pump leaking they sent the new one fast and even helped with the installation process.
