Features

  • Perfect for Media Walls & Standard Living Rooms: How to use it - recess or wall-mount using the included bracket and hardware; recessed installs need an 87 x 17.5 x 6.25 inch framed opening. Specs: measures 88 x 17.72 x 5.51 inches overall, versus 45 or 50 inch sizes on the same BI-G line, for a panoramic width that fits extra-wide media walls
  • Standard vs. Pro Flame Controls: How to use it - press the flame or light button on the remote or touch panel to cycle through all settings in under 1 second. Q: How is this different from the Pro line? A: 3 flame colors x 3 top-light colors = 9 combinations with remote/touch control here, versus 78 combinations plus app and voice control on the BI-G Pro series
  • 750W or 1500W Heat, Up to 5,120 BTU: How to use it - press the heat button on the remote or touch panel to switch between 750W for mild days and 1500W for fast heat. Specs: 320 sq ft in 20-30 minutes or 430 sq ft (40 sq m) with extended use, six thermostat presets. Unlike louder fan heaters, this runs below 45 dB in heat mode and just 19 dB in flame-only mode
  • Full Control at Your Fingertips: How to use it - adjust flame display, top lighting, heat, and thermostat from the included remote or touch panel, whichever suits the moment. Q: Can I run the flame without heat? A: Yes - set the 1-9 hour timer and enjoy flame-only ambiance year-round, unlike fireplaces that only run flame alongside the heater
  • Vent-Free Safety and Complete Media Kit: How to use it - unbox the unit, remote, faux logs, crystals, mounting bracket, hardware, and manual, then keep 8 inches from the ceiling or mantel and 3 feet clear in front. Specs: no chimney or venting required, with built-in overheat protection, versus wood fireplaces that need a flue and ongoing clearance maintenance

    • It's a great product!
Review Image by Sheleeza
We purchased this fireplace in 2021 when we bought our fista home. I must say we have no regrets. It totally transformed our living area and we got tons of compliments. The lighting is great, love that you can change the colors of the flames, warms up our entire living space and it has two speeds hi and lo which is a bonus, the remote works fantastic and it's easy to use. It's my toddlers favorite place to be as you can see in the picture. She turns on the lights and have it on all day long. We are moving to our second home in a few months and will definitely be purchasing another fireplace. Definitely recommend this product. You will not be disappointed. ... show more

    • Update: Damaged during delivery

Product damaged out of the box. The left bracket on the glass was bent, causing the glass to tilt to the right when mounted. Also the flames are not working, so I'm assuming the motor was damaged at some point during delivery. Will update further when the fireplace is exchanged. Update 5/29/21-Requested a return from the manufacturer, explained the damage to the item. I then recieved an email from customer service asking me to bend the metal bracket back into place, and to remove the backing of the fireplace and rotate the spark bar. Neither worked. I emailed back detailing this and requested a refund or an exchange. I genuinely like this fireplace and I think it would be perfect if it was operational. It has been 24 hours and still no response. I will give it one more day then I will be filing a claim. Update #2 6/3/21- After a few emails back and forth, the company sent me a new fireplace free of charge. This one was perfect, no dings, bends, all the lights and heater worked. Fireplace is beautiful, thank you to the customer support who addressed my issue quickly. 10/10 ... show more

It Is a giant heavy box, so be prepared to lift when it arrives. It comes with your choice of fire logs, clear crystals or red and black crystals. They are easily installed you, just lift off the glass face and pick which one you want. I gave it 4/5, because I wish the fire itself looked a little bit more realistic and there’s only 3 color options to choose from. But otherwise I would definitely recommend the fireplace ! Our faux fireplace turned out lovely! ... show more

    • Big Fireplace, Big Visual Impact
Size: 88 Inch
This 88-inch electric fireplace makes a strong statement and is a great choice for a large living room, media wall, bedroom, or entertainment space. I really like the flexibility of installing it recessed into the wall or simply wall mounting it, depending on the project. The ultra-narrow frame gives it a clean, modern built-in look without distracting from the flame display. The three flame colors, top lighting, log set, and crystal media provide several ways to customize the appearance, which is especially useful when matching different room styles or moods. The remote, timer, and 1500W heater add practical everyday convenience beyond just the decorative effect. At 88 inches, this is definitely not the fireplace you buy when you are trying to be subtle. It basically walks into the room and announces, “Yes, this wall belongs to me now.” A beautiful option for creating a dramatic focal point while also adding supplemental warmth. ... show more

    • Amazing Customer Service
We have had our fireplace four about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it, it has been a beautiful focal point in our family room. Recently we had one of the light bars go out. We contacted the company for assistance in troubleshooting. The company was so helpful and responsive. After working with the company we found that we needed to replace the light bar. Even after two years, the company is sending us a replacement light bar at no cost. We absolutely love our fireplace and our experience with customer service has been amazing. If you are researching electric fireplaces this is an incredible company to purchase from. They not only sell a great product, they have shown that they care about their customers in the way that they support them. I would definitely buy from this company again. ... show more

We are very happy with our electric wall fireplace and it is the 2nd one we’ve owned over the years in our last 2 homes. This one is slightly bigger than our last but a little less expensive and gives off more light from a shine down display which we also didn’t have on our 1st one. We would definitely recommend this fireplace! ... show more

    • Flame is not working
Update.....I was able to get them on the phone and they walked me through the potential issue. I had to take the back of the unit off and found the bar that rotates the reflecting materials had jarred loose. I reset it and the unit is working now. Unboxed the unit and it looks great; plugged it in and the flames do not move. Reached out to Amazon support and they can't get a response from the Seller. Will have to return it I guess....so disappointed!! ... show more
