I have worn the same brand boot for the last decade plus. For what I paid for these boots I could get three pairs for the price of one pair of the others. I thought what the hell give it a shot. I work my feet very hard and having a good boot is mandatory. I don't want to tell you all these things then you all go buy them all up but credit is due where it is earned. These boots work just as hard as I do. If they were water proof I probably would make the switch completely. I feel so light on my feet, my co workers can't believe how easily I sneak up on them being 7'1 tall, but I walk soft and kinda feel like I'm floating compared to the hiking boots of the past. The soles are great for average traction proposes, though not slip resistant on wet titles. Though I am particularly against the white soles working in a restaurant. The boot works hard but the white didn't last long. With all that said when money permits, I will buy every color of these boots before the price increases. And you should too, just leave me some size 15s 🤣😅 ... show more

I don't do hiking or boondocking and I've only worn them once but I'd say they fit well and appear to be well made with a medium finish, not grain and not rough. Good for day to day or otherwise casual wearing.

The shoe looks great , and holds up well but the insoles are absolutely HORRIBLE. they really hurt my feet pretty bad after walking on them , the heel has some OK cushioning but other than that it feels like it’s just hitting the bottom of the shoe there’s no padding whatsoever. If you get these I suggest getting new insoles! But I do like shoe otherwise ... show more

First impressions were amazing, super comfy and felt great. But within a month they started tearing from the rubber base of the shoe. This wasn’t much of a problem for me as I would just use super glue to seal them back up, so no biggy, but within 3 months the insulation was falling apart. I will say the cushioning inside has held up tho, they’re still quite comfortable. For a 40 dollar pair of boots, they really arent bad. But they won’t last forever. ... show more
