This is a wonderful design. Originally there were 5 resistance levels. Amazing! It's a good design, it's perfect. It can be used for beginner training or strongman training and is perfectly suited for both. I'm not going to lie, these aren't the most expensive, but there are a lot of cheaper sets available, and saving money on resistance bands seems like a really bad idea. It seems to me that you are just asking for trouble. I'm no expert on resistance bands, but these bands seem to be of very high quality. They feel very sturdy. I did see a few comments stating people were having issues, but not many. After listening to fitness experts, it seems that no matter what brand you buy, this is inevitable (but this should not happen immediately, and it should be replaced by the seller, which is also inevitable if there is a manufacturing problem). Well, I just know that these helped me a lot. I use them every day. I put a lot of my weight into it. I even use them to support most of my bodyweight exercises and squats, in which case I'm more worried about the door than the straps. Their quality is very good. I try to be as fair and honest as possible in my reviews here. I've been using them for a month now and they're pretty durable and seem to last. If they don't do this (which I think they will), I think I'll end up spending the money on the best value, highest quality I can find, because I'm certain I want resistance bands in my life, as long as I have an ounce The power to use them, I hope until the day I die.

The media could not be loaded. I've used many resistance bands in the past and these are by far the best I've used. They are made of high-quality material and are durable. I'm blown away by how versatile and effective they are. With these bands, I can do basic resistance work with arms, legs, chest, back, and shoulder. It comes with 5 pcs resistance bands, 2 pcs handles for upper body, 2 pcs ankle joint wrists for legs workout. The included handles are a nice touch, which are comfortable to grip and make it easy to switch between exercises. The bands provide the perfect amount of resistance for a great workout. They are vital to me staying energetic and exercising at home. These bands definitely meet my expectations.

These are good quality bands. It gives so much versatility to work muscles that don’t get much work from weights alone and I don’t like working with weights. In fact, I expect I would cause damage trying to work some of the muscles that I can get to safely with these bands. My physical therapist was impressed with how limber I am but that I needed to strengthen my muscles. He thinks this is the perfect thing for me. They fit well into the bag making them great for traveling and the foot/ankle and door mount make it easy to use anywhere.

I am new to exercise bands, but found myself in need of some quick and easy exercise equipment to use in the house, that would not take up a bunch of space, and that would be relatively easy to set up. This checked all the boxes. I appreciate that it comes with the two handles as well as the leg straps (which I just use as extra handles, to avoid having to switch the handles from one band to another, and slow down the workout). The one thing I am uncertain of is how they calculate the weights for these bands. Obviously, the further the band stretches, the more resistance there is, and therefore the higher weight will be. I have fairly small spaces in my house, so standing far back enough to feel the indicated weight was a bit of a challenge. Do not get me wrong, I still got a good workout in, I just question how accurate the weight amounts are. Being new to exercise bands, I cannot compare with others, but I suspect this is probably true about exercise bands in general. I will also caution that the further back you stand, the more of a projectile these exercise bands become if they slip out of your hands. Might make for an interesting "what happened to the tv?" story to tell your significant other. But idiosyncrasies aside, I am really impressed with how much you can expand the types of workouts you can do, and add extra pounds to your regular body weight exercises with these bands. I just attached these to a door, and could add rows, and pull downs to my session. As I mentioned, my space is limited, so in addition to adding versatility to my workout routine, I love that I can pack it up in a small bag and pack it away until the next time. It comes with a sheet of paper that shows you a bunch of exercises you can do, which I hope to go through (though you can easily find some routines on YouTube to follow). On a completely unrelated note, I found it funny that the product pictures show a picture of a guy hiking with a hiking pack to highlight how well it travels. I just could not imagine someone going on a hike to the depths of the wilderness, and then pulling out a set of exercise bands to get a quick workout in. But hey, whatever works! But I digress. All told, this is a versatile set of exercise bands that allows you to add resistance training to your workout routines in the comfort of your home, without taking up the bulk of space that exercise equipment otherwise would. I would recommend.
