⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service & Commitment to Improvement I ordered the Empty Crochet Hook Case - Stand Up Crochet Hook Organizer with 30 Slots from mybagzing & had an excellent experience with this seller. Before placing my order, I posted a question on the product listing page asking whether the case could accommodate the Clover Amour Crochet Hooks, specifically the larger sizes for thicker yarns (up to 15mm). The seller responded promptly & honestly, stating: "Thank you for your inquiry. I am afraid it cannot hold all sizes, but you can feel free to order it. If it doesn't fit, just come back to me & I will make a full refund to you. You can still keep the case." I couldn't ask for a fairer response! I proceeded with my order, & upon receiving the case, I found that while it is well-made & functional, the larger Clover Amour hooks overstretch the bands & are too tall to allow the case to fully zip up when fully loaded with hooks & notions. I contacted the seller to share this feedback, & once again, they were responsive, professional, & true to their word—they promptly issued a full refund without requiring a return. What impressed me even more was that the seller promised to pass my feedback along to their P&D Team to explore the possibility of designing a crochet hook case that can accommodate the full Clover Amour range—something even Clover itself has not done! This is CS at its finest—not only do they stand by their promises, but they also listen to customer feedback to improve & develop products that meet real needs. Highly recommend mybagzing! Excellent CS! I inquired whether this case fits Clover Amour Hooks, especially larger sizes. The seller responded honestly, offered a full refund w/o return if it didn’t fit & kept their promise! I got this for my mom for Christmas. She had been complaining that she carries a tote around for travels/waiting room errands and it's unorganized. She immediately started filling this and used it right away. She can throw it in her crochet tote and find all the little things she needs very easily. Love this case! Had to return a previous case because the slots were TOO tight, and couldn't fit any of my Clover hooks, meanwhile this one fits even my 8mm hook with no problem. I also like the fact that it's a standing case. Almost looks like a cute little purse.
