  • Nostalgia greatness
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
My son loves this machine. The graphics are amazing and I love that it has a plug so we aren't constantly having to charge it. It is exactly as prescribed. Love it. Thank y'all.

  • Fun, Nostalgic Games from the 70's & 80's
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
This mini arcade machine mimics the full-size machines from the 70's and 80's with 20 of the most popular games from that era. The mini arcade works great and provides fun entertainment for both young and old. If you were a young teenager in the era, you can re-live the past. If you are a teenager now you can experience the fun of retro arcade games. The mini arcade player essentially takes the place of 20 full-size machines in a more practical size. My kids and I have had great time playing it. My only recommendation for improvement would be to update it to run off of alkaline or rechargeable batteries (perhaps one lithium ion battery). The current version must be plugged into an outlet which makes it less convenient for play location and travel. ... show more

  • Great machine but you must view it correctly
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
Firstly this screen is only clear when you view it from the right. What I mean is stop don’t look at it directly , sit a little bit to the right and view it . The more you sit to the left of it , the less clear it will be. These cheap screens are like that. This has some great games on it and I believe it is the actual arcade games , not nes games. You really can’t go wrong with this , and one important thing is you can pause the game anytime you like by hitting the reset button. That’s huge because you might need a break but don’t want to lose your spot. The games can be played in full vertical screen or square screen. Some games like rolling thunder is better in square. ... show more

  • Very Fun To Play Very Nice Collectible
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
I like the uniqueness of this small arcade cabinet. I don't want to pay more money for something bulky. This little cabinet fits a lot of games, and is better than my Coleco mini arcade. I have to be careful with the plug in cord since you can not put batteries in it, but overall it is pretty fun to play. Brings me back to the 80's when I was to young to go to arcades. The original price is to much for what you are getting, but I think it is well worth the discount posted on here. I also like that the top lights up like the bigger versions. The only thing I would change is the pictures on the side they already have a Mappy, and Pacman arcade that is separate. I would have used pictures to games not used before, but I like this a lot either way. I have small hands since I'm short, but bigger hands might have a hard time playing it. You can remove the stick if that helps. ... show more

  • expected better emulation quality
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
The pros: 1. Good list of games 2. cool cabinet design 3. lit marquee The Cons: 1. Emulation is poor, especially on Splatterhouse 2 (which is one of the main reasons I wanted this). It glitches like crazy. Other games have dropped frames and shimmer when scrolling. 2. D-Pad is the same as the smaller my arcade mini cabinets, not very responsive. 3. screen is cheap, viewing angle is very bad, you have to be looking at it exactly straight ahead. It is also an odd size that is too long vertically, there is an option to stretch it even for vertical games that makes all the games look distorted. Overall its a neat collectible with some great games, but it needs things like a dedicated options menu and better emulation. For the price tag, I was expecting it to play a bit nicer. ... show more

  • NOT worth the money
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
I purchased the My Arcade Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga and I love those machines. This machine, I have nothing worth while to say. Viewing Angle is 1 or 2 degrees. I have to put mine to my left side to get a good picture. If in front of it, I can barely see, so much flicker and reflection. The resolution of the screen is not high enough to even display all the pixels for the text. So the menu system that shows the name of the games, do not have all the pixel it form a complete letter. The buttons are SO stiff that on games like galaga, it is very poor to play and you will end up with a cramp. The emulations are not even close to 100%. THIS APPLIES TO ALL MY ARCADE. Ms. Pac-Man and Pacman patterns are all wrong from the arcade. This is some kind of altered rom. The joystick on the multi-arcade is not as good at the stand alone 6" my arcade machines. Just like all of My Arcades no high score saving features. SKIP THE MULTI and buy the single version. ... show more

  • Slow, Awkward to Hold, Some Unreadable Text, No High Score Saving, but still Enjoyable
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
Pros: great price for the collection, solid translation, tight controls, attractive on a desk, neat features like a push button on/off coin slot, headphone jack, batteries/corded power options, volume control, lights, joystick D-Pad extender, classic and stretched screen modes Cons: almost unreadable text across all games - even the menu, LCD screen small for the size, gameplay FPS drop at times, long startup and shutdown times, long game boot-up with an unskippable controls screen, no way to quickly reset a game (this takes you to the game select menu), the device's plastic edges bordering the controls are awkwardly placed so that the front can't be held like a control (just "mantis" your fingers over the top), NO HIGH SCORE SAVES after leaving the game in progress ... show more

  • Nice item to add to your collection even if it is a little over-priced
Style: Bandai Namco Museum Hits
Good collection of unique games that will likely not be produced on their own. Would have preferred it to have a battery rather than having to plug it in. I would wait to get it for less than $99 but you want a mini with the games featured, I would buy it.
