I don’t usually leave reviews, but this MXZ gaming PC deserves it. I was looking for something affordable that could still run modern games really well—and this checked all the boxes. Right out of the box, it was ready to go. Windows 11 Pro was already set up, no annoying bloatware, just plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, and start downloading your games. Super easy. Performance-wise, it’s been great. The Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060 combo is no joke—I’m getting smooth frame rates on games like Warzone, Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite, and Red Dead 2. Most run on high or ultra settings without any stuttering. Perfect for 1080p and even holds up well at 1440p. The 500GB NVMe SSD is fast (boots up in seconds), and 16GB RAM handles gaming and multitasking just fine. Plus, the six RGB fans not only look awesome, but they keep everything cool and quiet—even when gaming for hours. The case looks clean and modern with the glass side panel and RGB lighting. This PC is the worst. NEVER AND I MEAN never buy this PC from Amazon. My little brother bought himself a PC. We got it. It had an account already on it so whoever had it or used it didn't factory reset it. (THIS PC WAS NEW BTW NOT REFURBISHED) If you get a new PC it should come as it's brand spanking new. You have to log in pluck your language, set up your Wi-Fi etc etc The next thing you should do if you get a new PC is update things in the settings. Certain updates failed or didn't even update after that the PC blue screens I tried factory resetting it for my brother. The BIOS is in Chinese. It should be set in English THE BLUE SCREEN HAPPENS AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF FACTORY RESETTING. Look never buy A PC from Amazon or this PC. learn how to build them or buy a PC from a PC website. IF I COULD I WOULD PUT THIS 1 STAR AND A HALF OR NON AT ALL.

Great computer except the included wifi card did not work. Tried to contact the company and never heard back. Amazons only option was to return it for a refund. Way too much trouble after all the set up time. I just bought another one myself. Would have given it 5 stars if I could have just got a new wifi card. I will be happy to change my review if the company sends me one out. Great product besides the customer service.

Turned it on and the graphics card didn't turn on. Had a guy come over and got it sorted. Currently it's working as it should and no real complaints. Will update if anything changes.
