Our split king adjustable bed frame broke (no I'm not bragging), I was not ready to break out the stick welder and I always wanted pillow tilt so here was my opportunity! When these arrived I was shocked at how heavy they are, and this is a good thing because that indicates it's made of thicker/stronger metal. Installing them is a 2 person job, mostly because of the weight (I am older). Assembly only took about 15 minutes, that's less time than it took cleaning under the old bed. We also use a couple of ratchet staps to keep the two beds together (pro tip!). These move slower than the old bed, but not an issue. My wife tried her side first, Zero Gravity was a hit! Memory positions are HUGE! (our old beds lacked this feature). She was 50/50 about pillow tilt, but I think that she'll come around. She thought the vibration feature was funny. Now my 2 cents: 1) Memory, I will never be without it again. 2) Pillow tilt, it defines the next level up for adjustable beds. I now require it. 3) Vibration, I am old with Parkinsons, this helps my legs. 4) Stupid little feature that is absolutely brilliant: a flashlight in the remote control! Who ever thought of that deserves a raise! How many times I fumbled in the dark instead of turning on the light because it would disturb my sleeping wife. Our mattresses are hybrids with individually wrapped coils. We also have 3" Tallay Latex toppers. Pro tip #2: we purchase extra deep twin xl fitted sheets separately, then we buy Alaskan top sheets and blankets. These are larger than king which is important if you are laying flat sleeping while your spouse is reading sitting up, king sized sheets/blankets aren't big enough, exposed tushies have occured! Recommendation: I would absolutely buy these again, they are a bargain compared to the name brand selling for twice the price. The bad: OK, "bad" is probably the wrong word, "wish" is better. Alexa integration. I want to be able to tell Alexa goodnight and have the bed go flat. I want to start my morning with the news and my bed in Memory position #1. They have an app already, so close! Integrate Alexa, or at least let me send arguments to the app (ie: Muuegm dad's_bed M1) and I can use IFTTT to take care of the rest. I saw one of the name brands had this feature but it isn't worth the extra cost.

It's stable One needs to know the legs are adjustable, but no instructions regarding the leg heights or adjustments were provided in the assembly information. To adjust height of bed: One must unscrew each leg and attach the proper leg/height to be able to lower or increase the height of the bed. As far as assembly, it is helpful to have two people, as it is quite heavy. The features, as described, are wonderful and perform as described, from massage, USB ports, under lights (which are NOT THAT bright) and head/foot adjustments. The bed is very sturdy, the Twin XL mattress that we also ordered separately, fits nicely on the bed. The remote control for separate features is sturdy and easy to hold. Overall , the entire system is very sturdy and stable, in comparison to many of the others we looked at before purchasing. And, best news, it arrived well before the projected delivery date in good order! Would buy again!

Beware shipping and any customer support. The product works fine and I LOVE the head adjustment. This is the only one with that feature at this low price point. Mine arrived in 2 separate boxes about a week apart. The second box was destroyed and the unit inside was damaged in sever places. I requested a return/refund but the seller never responded. Finally I had to go through Amazon to get a refund. Otherwise the product performs well. The massage is silly and not sure why it would be included as it’s just a big vibration motor. The adjustments, remote and App are all good. Too bad my experience probably colored my review but thankfully Amazon made it right.
