I ordered this out of curiosity as we make lots of iced coffee at our house...and having had a similar device before that unfortunately broke, I was eager to see if this would work better. I'm very happy to say that it's AWESOME!! It is really an interesting gadget - place it over your coffee cup and it will cool your coffee before hitting the ice, giving it a more robust flavor. It really, really works!! The item will sit over any standard mug and just drip on the side - since this helps to cool it considerably, you can use less ice so you have MORE flavor. It's a cool, conversation piece type of design...it's very sturdy...and it's SUPER easy to clean - completely dishwasher safe. Put it in the freezer to cool it and pull it out when you're done - that's it! SUPER easy to use! No assembly required either...comes already ready to go right out of the box. It has a small footprint, too, so it's easy to store - you can throw it in a drawer when not in the freezer. You can also use it for other stuff like wine etc so you don't need to use ice in that either, which is great! Overall, this is one of those things that you didn't know you need but once you get one, you will wonder why you didn't sooner.
