It doesn’t turn on. I couldn’t use it and after a while I tried but it doesn’t charges or turns on. I can’t find any support and it wasn’t cheap

The media could not be loaded. This Face massager comes with a charger stand, USB cord(power adapter not included) and an instruction manual. It has five different light modes to choose from based on your skin goals. Each mode has a set time based on what has been researched to be the most effective time for each light. This device also counts down the minutes until your face massage is over. You can adjust the power of this facial massager with a level between 1-5 as well. I will go over each mode below. Clean mode: The clean mode uses a green light and this mode runs for 5 minutes. This light cleans your skin, improves uneven tone and helps with your skin’s metabolism. This mode uses sonic vibrations as well. I personally didn’t like washing my face with this massager. When your face is wet, it’s easy to slide into hard parts of your face(cheek bones, nose, eyebrow ridge) and it doesn’t feel good. Lift mode: The lift mode uses yellow light and this light runs for 10 minutes. This light is suppose to help with stimulating the lymphatic system and restoring skin flexibility. This mode uses radio frequency (thermal penetration therapy) and EMS micro current. The yellow light heats up and you can really feel those micro currents when your device is on level 5. You can feel the micro currents in your scalp when you use this device on your forehead. It’s strong! Lead in: This Lead In mode uses a pink light and it runs for 10 minutes. The pink light helps your skin absorb your beauty products and it also brightens your skin. This mode uses radio frequency and EMS micro-current. This mode feels a lot like the Lift mode except the light is different. Anti-aging: The Anti-aging mode uses radio frequency and sonic vibration. This light helps you tighten your skin and helps with collagen regeneration. This mode runs for 10 minutes. I found this mode the most relaxing. It’s warm and has strong vibrations on level five. It really helps with facial soreness at the same time as tightening. Remove Acne: This mode uses just Blue LED light and it runs for 5 minutes. This mode is suppose to help your clear your skin, it sterilizes and it’s anti- inflammatory. This mode doesn’t really feel like anything to me. I’m assuming that the light should work good on it’s own. Overall, I thought this was a really cool face massager for the price. The micro currents are stronger than any facial machine that I’ve tried so far. I think that’s what sets this device apart from others.

I love that this device can perform so many of the newest technology trends for facial therapy. My wife loves red light therapy, so this was right up her alley. I personally don't see any effect from red light therapy when it comes to the face. I am also not a big fan of sonic vibration, but that's also my personal preference. I do like the acne function, and I seem to have less breakouts when I use this. I am a little skeptical about the safety to your eyes... most say it's safe, some say it isn't. To be on the same side, I wear the IR blocking sunglasses I have. One feature that I appreciate is the stand. Most devices these days have stands that serve no purpose and do not charge the device. This stand is an actual charging stand, which is a refreshing change that should be universal if I had it my way.

I am impressed with the various technologies incorporated into this facial massage/cleansing device. The significant other is amazed at the five operation modes, which entails combinations of those technologies. The technologies contained in this product include: RF (Radio Frequency), EMS (electric muscle stimulation/micro current), Acoustic Vibration Massage and LED Light Therapy (Red Light, 620nm wavelength; Green Light, 520nm wavelength; Blue Light, 465nm wavelength. The clever implementation of the technologies afford 5 modes of operation: Clean (Deep Cleansing): Green Light, Sonic Vibration; Lift (Lift, Tighten Skin): Yellow Light, RF, EMS micro current; Lead In (Improve absorption) Pink Light, RF, EMS micro current; Anti-aging (Remove wrinkles, Anti-aging) Red Light, RF, Sonic Vibration; Remove Acne (acne treatment, sterilization/sanitization mode): Blue Light. Each mode has a corresponding default timing duration of 5 or 10 minutes. Also impressive is the clear display and ease of operation/control. A long press of the power button activates the device, and the display lights up. The display shows the mode, intensity and battery level. Pressing the top button, "Level", cycles through the five intensity levels. Successive presses of the power button will cycle through the five operating modes. To manually shut down, another long press of the power. It comes with a stand/base that also enables wireless charging. There are two corresponding metal prongs in the base and on the bottom of the device. The back of the stand/base has a port for the USB charging cord. You will need to have an available USB port or USB power plug (USB power plus not included). Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. Various angles and close ups are shown, views of the display in various modes and images depicting all five operating modes (you can see the respective light therapy state). These should provide a comprehensive overview of the product offering. I'm impressed and the significant other is delighted with the modes and performance. Thus, it earns a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a high level recommendation.
