This is a standard storage net. It fits, but just barely. There are no compartments; just one open "envelope." I wish it had a flat bottom. I don't know how long it will hold up because it's definitely not heavy duty. For the price, it's decent.

The net works good & comes with 4 carabiner to clip at the top & bottom on each side of the truck bed. The fit is fine & only complaint would be is that the bottom of the net doesn't ride across the bottom of the truck bed. When I put something to have the net hold it I have to put my items on the bottom of the net to hold it down. It's a minor problem but it's something I noticed.

I was just looking to replace my old bed net. I purchased this thinking it would fit in the bed behind the back window, so I had to use an extra carabiner on the bottom, other than that this thing is pretty nice. It seems really well crafted, especially for the price.
